Tow bar was great but the fitting kit…
Tow bar was great but the fitting kit came with the wrong bolts for a Toyota Rav 4 chassis, after a phone call they sent out the correct ones but obviously I had to wait for the post to arrive, I thought everyone knew that Japanese vehicles are 1.25mm pitch after M10.

Good prices and a helpful website.
Good prices and a very clear website to assist with ordering a tow bar for a fairly ancient Citroen Berlingo. Quick delivery too. All good. I seem to buy a tow bar from these guys about once a decade - so will be back around 2035 for the next one!

Fantastic service and installation
Fantastic service. Ordering was a piece of cake and sales helped to choose what I needed. Two boxes soon arrived followed by Louis a few days later who setup on the front drive in the baking heat and fitted the towbar. He suggested a little adjustments and settings over and above the instructions and lo behold you wouldn't even know it has the capability to tow. Brilliant installation with Louis explaining it as he fitting and also ran through it all afterwards.

7 pin wiring harness
The wiring kit was really well made and easy to fit , the only thing that could be improved on would be the picture instructions they could use some descriptive words, otherwise super.
