I had a very frustrating experience purchasing a tower bar from this company. The first one I received was completely the wrong item—not even close to what I ordered. I contacted customer service and arranged to send it back, which was already inconvenient and time-consuming.

After returning it, I decided to give them another chance and reordered the correct tower bar. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened again—I received the wrong item for a second time. At this point, it felt less like a mistake and more like a serious issue with their order handling.

What made the situation even worse was their refund policy. I was told I wouldn’t receive my money back until the returned item was back on their shelf and ready for resale. This meant I was out of pocket for quite a while, despite the errors being entirely on their side.

Overall, the experience was disappointing and stressful. Poor order accuracy, repeated mistakes, and a slow, inconvenient refund process have left me with little confidence in this company. I would not recommend buying from them unless they significantly improve their service.

Can't call and they don't reply to e mails.
Waste of space

This company totally misled me as I bought a Diesel Pump and returned the one I’d taken out of my vehicle
The VW technicians provided the part number which I ordered
All good so far
Once PF Jones received the dump they refused to pay me the £360 which had been agreed

Find part = simple
Order = simple
Delivery next day = simple
Quality of part = 10/10
= highly recommend

Everything was exactly as I needed, the whole towbar and bundle had everything with it to complete the job. Even the fuse to put in the fuse box after the wires had been plugged in. Nothing better than having everything you need to complete the job, top service again. 👌

Great service definitely would use again

I struggled to find anyone able to supply a towbar and wiring for me MK5 VW Caddy, even VW dealerships were struggling.
One call to PF Jones and things were quickly sorted, including a mobile fitter to Durham to fit it on my car at work.
Top quality service and would recommend if you need a no fuss service.

My vehicle is an import and I was unsure whether the UK tow bar would fit. When I phoned P F Jones, the salesperson was very helpful. He requested I send some photographs of the rear and underside if my vehicle. He then confirmed the towbar would fit. I then completed the purchase. The whole process was very quick and very well handled

ordered injector at 2pm ish , here by 10.30 the next day . Cant say fairer than that !

Ordering 5 injectors on line paid for them then find out later they only had 3 .
