Used this service for many years & has improved , they email regards repeat medication .. just a click & they make the request ,once approved despatch is extremely quick. My daughter has started using the service & is easy sign up, well worth it , no more visiting surgery for repeats & collecting prescription & waiting at the chemist ,

Im really disappointed to see bad reviews. I've been using pharmacy 2u for nearly 15 years, because I worked shifts. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough. The reminders to renew my prescription and then the service that follows, is nothing short of excellent. I'd never go back to using a chemist, never.

My doctor ordered my medication on 30th January, when I did not receive a confirmation email I checked my account and found the order “Held heck emails” no email arrived so I phoned them on 5th February and spoke to a person who said they had not sent an email and after I answered questions he said they would send the order that day. I ran out of Diabetic medication 8th February and the order is still held.

I placed an order over the weekend for one drug. On Monday morning there was no confirmation e maii.
I checked my account and my list of drugs, the order was listed there. So I got on to live chat and got so far then I was passed over to a a page, Just answer, asking me to pay £1 that was fully refundable, if it's refundable why ask for it in the first place.
Had bad experience with Just answer paid £30 for professional advice, given a 3 day free trial, then I find Just answer had taken another £30 from my account, nobody tells you that you have to cancel the free trial within 3 days otherwise they charge you again for the next months membership, but it was'nt taken the next month , it was taken 4 days after.
Then back to the dreaded phone call. Press 1, press 2 but my needs were not on the list on 1 or 2, battle on to speak to staff . Not happy.
