Dealing with my father's estate and death, Donna was extremely helpful and caring explaining absolutely everything this morning in terms I could understand and has completely reassured me and my mother in regards to outstanding balances my father owed. Everything was explained clearly and I did not feel pressured. I was shown empathy when I explained that this was being asked for almost a year to the date if the 1st anniversary of my husbands death. He died 17 April last year so it was a year to the day when he had died.
