It was very easy to work with this company on email with very fast replies each time. We did not give Liz and Jayne an easy or stress free task getting 14 blood samples from our son with one needle but they did the best job we could have asked for that meant the ordeal was over quickly. Very highly recommended.

This was my first time using their service. The on line booking was quick and effortless. Communication was to the point, complete and I received reminders of the appointment.

On reception I was warmly greeted and the service was painless and efficient. I was in an out in under 15 minutes. As this was an analysis for Medichecks it was very convenient to have a priority postbox just down the street to send the sample off to the lab.

Their premises were a bit difficult to find, but they were quick to assist. There was plenty of on street parking available but I opted to park at the Sainsbury's right behind their premises as I had some shopping to do and it is on the way to the priority postbox. Very convenient.

I'm very happy with their service and will return in six months for my next checkup.

Had my first medicheck blood draw here yesterday; the nurse was so lovely and welcoming as was the receptionist. Easy access and parking available. No pain or nasty bruise.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Had my bloods taken on the Friday and the results were emailed to me on the Saturday.
Liz was very informative and answered all my questions. Will definitely be using again.

My son has visited Jayne on two occasions and both times Jayne has been amazing. My son is a nervous child but Jayne made him feel at ease and explained if he wanted to know anything. I wouldn't consider taking him anywhere else. Liz on the reception desk was also lovely and added even more warmth and friendliness to our visit.

I needed bloods to be sent to my Doctor in the USA. Everyone was so kind and friendly, and ensured I had everything completed before letting me go off to post them. Will be using them again shortly. 5* recommend.

Service was exceptional and exceeded my expectations . I wanted to check my health following an illness and Jayne recommended a well-being blood test . When I attended the clinic everyone was very helpful and totally professional. I never felt a thing when Jayne took my bloods. I received the results in a couple of days and was blown away with the extent of what was tested from thyroid, diabetes, cholesterol ,CAT 125 , calcium,vitamin b, heoemogolbin and many other things. Would totally recommend this for everyone. Gave me great peace of mind . I didn’t know I had high cholesterol but I can adjust my diet accordingly now I know what needs to be done to look after my health

First time visiting (Medichecks customer) and it was a great experience. very easy to park, arrived a few minutes early. Becky and Liz were great, really friendly and the whole thing was very efficient. I arrived a few minutes early and there was no waiting around. Will definitely be coming back in future.

Jayne is caring ,considerate , and passionate.
If I hadn’t of had this service to do all my bloods i would hate to think what might happen.
Thanks to this service I can say without a doubt it’s probably saved my life .
My own drs didn’t even pick up on that I had very hi calcium levels that could of lead to osteoporosis or heart attack.
Even though my levels going up on my records nothing was done about it .
Until I took my own findings from my bloods taken from Jayne to my drs.
A massive thank you Jayne for this service.
I would strongly recommend that everyone gets a full blood screening from this company because the drs won’t do it.
