I have now used Phlebotomy Services twice and both times have been welcomed with a smile, seen immediately and immensly courteous and professional, almost a pleasure to get bloods!

Girls there are always lovely with a smile on there face, happy to see you. They take there job very serious. Always enjoy my visit.

I did a lot of research before choosing the services of Phlebotomy Services Ltd on behalf of my elderly father.

From my initial telephone contact with Liz - who couldn't have been more helpful - answering all my questions and then some - to the delightful and knowledgeable Becky who traveled a long distance to draw dad's blood, putting him at ease straight away, and making the process so easy for him, I could not have asked for more.

And I particularly appreciated Becky giving more of her time to chat to me afterwards.

It is one thing to deliver a professional service promptly.

It's another (and is much rarer in my experience) to do so with empathy and kindness.

A very big thank you to Liz and Becky and team from me and dad.

Really accommodating. Gave me a really early appointment so that I could make things work in my diary. The centrifuging worked well and the sample was processed by the lab without issue. They do so many of these private blood tests that they are very familiar with the requirements. Very easy from booking, comms after and the appointment itself. Would use again.

I attended for a blood test today only to find (my mistake) it was the following Friday. As no one was queuing the Phlebotomist agreed to do it for me although she was not obliged to as my mistake. I was extremely grateful not to have had to return on another day and a MASSIVE THANKS.

I had a Medichecks blood test, easy booking online. Free parking outside the clinic. Becky was friendly and put me at ease straightaway. The blood sample was quick and painless. Would highly recommend 5*
