Phoenix is great, it is just my results haven’t been as I expected. I started Ozempic a while back and I lost weight amazingly, so much so, I needed to take a break as I wasn’t looking healthy.

Once I resumed with Ozempic, the results are not even close to being the same. I know that is not Pheonix’ fault, it’s just my body. I have since switched to Mounjaro.

The one thing I would appreciate is a little more advice for my Dr other than these scripted responses.

I don’t usually leave reviews. However I have had a really positive experience with this company. Whenever an issue has come up I have found the communications fast, personalized (not a bot!!!) and resolution swift. Product is well packaged and for me is working. Consistent processes, which I appreciate. Would recommend for sure. One piece of constructive feedback: Canada Post never rings the doorbell - I have a door cam. They walk up with an already barely scribbled notice they throw in my mailbox and leave. Every time. So I have to go to the depot every time. Look for a new delivery vendor.

Have been using Phoenix for a little of 6 months now. Quick shipping, with lots of email updates. Have had great results with their hair loss products so far. Prescription filling sent just prior to previous bottle finishing. All in all, great experience so far. I would recommend.

Any questions or concerns, I have sent messages to the pharmacy or Doctor and within 24-48 hours I had answers to them.

I get my next prescription way too soon, I just started a new Ozempic pen and I already got the next one. We are going away for vacation and I’m worried that I will be receiving them while I’m away. Is there a way that I could spread them out further?
