Hannah came to the rescue
Hannah came to the rescue, very friendly and pleasant, only down side, time given was not accurate, we waited at least two hours.
Other than that, will definitely use them again.

They are not locksmiths
They are not locksmiths - just an agency probably milking locksmiths for advertising costs and charging people deposits .
Actually spoke to Dan Humphreys - Director- after no one could be bothered to get back to me or cut my key - refusing refund of deposit “as job is ongoing!” Not quite the advertised customer service or professionalism.
Company is just less than a year old so the cracks are just appearing.
STAY WELL CLEAR .

Was quoted £220 on the phone only to…
Was quoted £220 on the phone only to pay £100 deposit then locksmith comes out only to be told I have to pay a further £160 so £40 added on after deposit paid the man is a absolute con artist claims he sent me a quote on WhatsApp only to check his end and say “oh no guess I didn’t” wouldn’t waste your time on these guys go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle of these thief’s !

Fab company and service, definitely recommend!
Found this company via Autolocks and phoned up as we lost our only set of van keys. Kelly on the phone was amazing, super friendly, helpful and efficient as well as just being lovely. Within minutes I knew all our options and was able to go away, have another look for the keys and then discuss with my partner what we wanted to do. Phoned back and asked more questions of Kelly before booking and paying the deposit. We asked for a next day service instead of same day as we weren't in any rush thankfully. Albert turned up promptly in the morning and was great, working through our tricky van to provide a new key and taking the time to ensure it was right.
Can't thank both of them, and Pheonix Keys, enough and definitely recommend them to anyone in trouble like us!

Firstly after a stressful day loosing and looking for my van key, I rang a number of locksmiths before finding phoenix key. The others were either rude,very unhelpful and cold during the conversation like they were just reading a script card and then just hanging up. I can only assume they didn’t want the work as it was a Friday evening. Phoenix from the jump was extremely helpful, kind and full of empathy, miles was on point with the timings of the arrival of the fitter.
The fitter was also polite and very quick with the job. Can not praise them enough. Credit where credits due.

I used today Phoenix Car Keys and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From my initial contact with the call center, where Miles patiently and clearly explained the entire process, to the arrival of locksmith James at my car (which had unfortunately been stuck in a car park!), everything went incredibly smoothly and without any fuss. James is clearly an expert in his field and quickly got me back on the road. I especially appreciated this seamless experience after a frustrating conversation with another company, who made the situation sound incredibly complicated and expensive. Excellent customer service. Miles was very sympathetic I'd lost my one and only car key and I was extremely stressed after being quoted £505 for a replacement by other companies. I paid a lot less with this company and they managed to get a great auto locksmith out to get a new key made the same eve who was kind enough to post it through my door due to it being late at night. Can't recommend them enough! Thank you

I had a stressful situation after returning from a family visit to Poland—I left my car keys at my brother’s house, and my house keys were inside the car. I realised this while waiting to board my flight.
I contacted Phoenix Car Keys, and they were extremely helpful. They arranged to meet me at the airport car park, swiftly unlocked my car so I could retrieve my house keys, and went above and beyond by offering my family and me a lift home. This saved us both time and money on taxis, especially since the journey was over two hours. Harrison, who handled everything, was very professional and made the process smooth and stress-free. Poor communication
First thing, the local agent dealing with our urgent car key replacement was very good but he was hampered by the very poor standard of information provided to him by phoenix car keys. Firstly phoenix did not check with the local agent to see if he had the correct key in stock. This meant he had to order the key, delaying the replacement. Also phoenix provided the agent with incorrect information telling him we had a spare key and were able to use the car. This was completely incorrect. We have been without the car for 5 days because of this. Phoenix needs to work on it's communication.

Warm person on the end of the telephone - I spoke with Miles and he was very friendly and polite and got onto sorting the issue immediately. Received a message on Whatsapp to make payment for deposit all very easy. I then had the pleasure of meeting Albert and his colleague and they were in the car in no time at all.
