I passed my cbt today! With the help of Ben he was amazing and so lovely throughout the whole process. Highly recommend learning with phoenix!

Ben was absolutely brilliant and so patient with me, even though I was taking ages on the exercises. The weather wasn’t helpful either, but he stayed calm the whole time and kept encouraging me every step of the way. He really went above and beyond, even taking the time to explain everything to me again after we finished the last part. I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor – highly recommend

I've been taking my training with Ben and I cannot recommend him enough. I've gone from never riding a motorbike and not riding a bicycle since I was a child to being confident I will be able to to achieve my goal of owning and using a bike. I can't recommend him enough and I couldn't ask for a better mentor to guide me on this journey.

Even though I failed twice, the team at Phoenix Motorcycle Training Watford were always supportive and kind. I was a bit disappointed after my second attempt, but the instructors were encouraging and patient throughout the process. The training itself is well worth it they make sure you’re confident and safe on the bike, no matter how long it takes. Highly recommend them!

Ben has been very constructive on his instructions and has helped me out so much. To the point where I got my CBT certificate in one day for the first time. I will always go to him for any pointers and tips and any sessions with him in the future

Did my TryRide with clair who was paitent and amazing. Answered a lot of question for me RE getting on a bike and doing CBT. Then I went on to do my CBT, it was great. Clear instruction and guidance. Ben made it extremely safe and fun. The advice ans support was never ending.

Really well constructed course, well explained during 'classroom' work and explained all manoeuvres well.
