Amazing day doing my CBT training. Sean was great. I highly recommend training with him. Calm, smart, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience enjoyable and confidence-building. Well done, guys.

I started doing Pre Cbt lessons about 3 months i did 2 hours slots with Ben my instructor as i had not ridden a bike ever before.
My tution from Ben enabled me to pass my CBT today his patience knowledge of bikes and just being a great teacher got me through my test today.
Paul also help me towards the end and on the day of the CBT the school is amazing the style of training is great the reception staff who took the bookings where fanatastic especially Jackie.
So i wanted to thank you all as passing my CBT at 60 is a big thing for me it will also take me on journey for a full licence.

I had the best experience with Phoenix. Will and his mates at the school are approachable and brilliant teachers. They got me through my Mod 1 and Mod 2 pretty easily and I’m a terrible overthinker. Fantastic is the only word I can use to describe them

They way the instructor guide us through out the whole process from A to Z . It was amazing and they treat you very well.

I cant praise or recommend the instructors at Phoenix Colchester enough. Last year I passed my CBT (2nd time) with Scott and Rob who where fantastic. This year I booked my Mod 1 and Mod 2 with them as although I had had some bigger bike lessons, I really needed some structure and guidance and knew I would find it here.
I had my Mod 1 training with Rob who is just brilliant. His relaxed approach calms you and his encouragement and guidance instilled me with confidence so much so that I passed first time. Mod 2 training was with Paul which was full on but I learnt so much in a day it was really worth it. Scott took me for my Mod 2 test and again, such a skilled instructor, who is easy going and supportive. Although I was extremely nervous, he did his best to calm me down and to focus on all I'd learned. It paid off because I passed Mod 2 too!
Seriously, if you are thinking of any kind of bike training, these chaps are the best at their craft. They make you feel part of the team, make you feel welcome (being a woman that was comforting) and the training and guidance is top notch with some witty banter thrown in too!

Done manual CBT at the Watford location with my brother, both of us had never ridden a bike before and Ben was a great help teaching us what we needed to know and getting us riding safe on the road. Training was clear and Ben had a lot of patience when we were doing manoeuvres teaching different techniques when struggling. Would definitely recommend for others.

Ben was a great instructor, very clear and very professional. He took his time to ensure me and my brother perfected each task for the cbt training, following this, the ride on the public roads seemed very smooth and safe thanks to his clear communication and instructions.

Hi, cbt at cwmbran, I had not ridden a motorcycle for 50+years and was a bit nervous at start. With fantastic support and encouragement from John,,Adam, Julian,and Kris achieved my Cbt. Thank you to the telephone staff for their curtisy and booking my training rides as soon as they could. I would highly recommend Phoenix motorcycle training to anyone old or young to have a go. Completed my CBT training with Martin in the Chippenham Centre. He was a great trainer and gave clear easy to follow instructions.

Had a great time training with Will and Sean, came away feeling very confident for the tests and passed first time.
