OMG! Canyel and Elaine are amazing. From the minute I first text Phoenix Rising Surgery I could not fault the service. Canyel took care of me from the first text and throughout the whole transformation . I had a tummy tuck lipo and mons lift. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt like I had known Canyel and Elaine for years. So easy going and down to earth. Also Dr Arif Aydin was amazing too. I have and will continue to recommend Canyel and Elaine to friends, family and anyone I speak to about cosmetic surgery

I had breast reduction surgery and Elaine and Janielle were amazing. From the moment we landed in Turkey we didn’t have to lift a finger. I was so well taken care of and am still in contact with Elaine and co for anything I might need.

Amazing amazing amazing! Elaine went above and beyond throughout the whole process. From booking through to arrival through to operation, I really did feel at ease. Elaine also kept in contact with my family at home to keep them in the loop every step of the way. I could not recommend her enough.

I’m 3 weeks post tummy tuck mons lift and breast reduction (mommy makeover) and would book through Elaine again in a heartbeat, from the minute I booked with Elaine she was so informative and no question was too small to ask. herself and canyel were so supportive before the surgery after and even now elaine is still checking in to see how I’m doing and to know she was and still is on the other end of the phone if I had any worries was a massive help . The emotional support given by these 2 ladies is second to none and they go above and beyond for they’re patients but especially Elaine who looked after me like one of her own and I’ll be forever grateful for that. would never think of booking with anyone else. My 3rd time in ekol , canyel looked after me the first time (sleeve) she was only 17 at the time ,omg so professional ,helpful, and caring.
2nd time was for tummy tuck, mons lift,boob lift, and hernia repair. Elaine was by my side all the time, I was alone travelling but never alone once I got to ekol. Elaine and canyel looked after me and I felt so safe.
3rd time , review on my tummy took,and an arm lift . Again the way I was looked after was amazing , I wouldn't go anywhere else to have surgery and would highly recommend this company to everyone, I'm already saving for my next procedure which is a tigh lift and back lift. Can't wait to come back , Elaine, canyel and Dr Adrif, thank you all so much.x

My second time been to ekol , first time I did MMO, I was with Elaine and she was amazing, she took care of me like her own , I appreciate it and I will never forget it.
And the second time was last month I did GS surgery, Elaine and her daughter both of them were there for me .

They were very supportive and helpful no matter what time you need something they will do their best to provide it.
After surgery I still text Eliane if I need something and she’s very quick to reply.

One word Amazing !! From the beginning of my enquiry to post op Elaine has been there answering all my questions nothing is to much trouble she was by my side the whole time while in hospital helping with everything and anything I needed. I travelled on my own but I never felt alone with Elaine only a text away. I'm so happy with my surgery Dr Arif Aydin is fantastic and 100% understood what I wanted to achieve. I would recommend Elaine and her company in a heartbeat to anyone thinking of travelling to Turkey for surgery, and if I need anything in the future I know where I'll be going.

Elaine and her daughter was amazing! I was so scared going abroad for surgery..although i have had surgery in the UK and its put me off, Ekol was a far higher level of care and having Elaine to answer any questions 24/7 on WhatsApp and Canyel there made me feel so much more at ease. They have answered any questions straight away, the support group is amazing after surgery. The hospital has also called multiple times to check up. I was honestly so scared for surgery but i would do it all again! My scars after 2 weeks were so neat and clean, better than my mums at the 2 week mark (hers were done in the uk) i havent had to take any pain relief at all! The only issue is i had such a great pain free experience i want to go back for more..🤣
Couldn’t recommend them enough 💗

They are both the most nicest and most helpfull people you would ever meet
So helpfull no matter what time off the day or night you need them
Any answers you need before and after surgery they are there to help
Would 100 percent reconmmend using them if traveling to ekol for surgery ☺️

What can I say I am over the bloody moon! Breast uplift and implant and tummy lipo. From start to finish can’t fault them. Contacted them via Elaine who is wonderful gave me all the info kept me up to speed and her daughter and herself were there for me throughout my visit. They have their own stand in the airport so no risk of getting lost, transfer was quick and stress free. All the initial tests are very thorough X-rays, bloods, Ultra sound. The nurses and all other staff are always available. I found the hospital and cleanliness brilliant I’m an NHS Surgical recovery nurse and some of the clinical areas and equipment put us to shame. The whole experience of being marked up and going down to theatre was efficient, the theatre area was clean and had great infection control measure, posh trolleys that we defo don’t have here in the nhs. I travelled alone and felt safe and secure. Surgery went quick I was down around 4 hrs and had lipo uplift and 230 cc implants and was surprised at the minimal pain, the nurses were always on point with Ivabs and pain relief. You are put in a private WhatsApp group and can request all help from there if required. I was discharged two days later to a lovely hotel and able to relax. Now home I’ve dressed and cleansed my breasts and I am over the moon at how good everything looks already so neat and although I’m swollen my stomach is flat so a few months down the line it’s going to be more than I’d hoped for. Can’t recommend enough Dr Arif Ayden has gave me exactly what I’d hoped for had so much positive comments I’m elated!

Contacted Elaine and was impressed the moment she replied. Every question I had was responded to and I felt very confident before booking. My experience whilst in hospital with Elaine and Canyel was exceptional. I truly felt like I had one to one service and that any queries or concerns were addressed immediately. I’m a nurse in the NHS and I was so very impressed with every aspect of care. If you are looking for a professional and personal service then phoenix rising are excellent and I would recommend them highly. Well done ladies, you are fantastic! As for Ekol hospital and Dr yoldas..fantastic service from start to finish, English speaking to ensure you feel comfortable whilst recovering and the experience from start to leaving Izmir was fantastic. I had a little gas pain and wrenching post op but the nurses provided medication within minutes of requesting. Highly recommend

I entrusted Elaine to take care of my arm and back lift surgery. From the minute I stepped off the plane I was looked after. I travelled with my mom and she was as well looked after as me. The care in the hospital was second to none, from the cleaning staff right through to the surgeon nothing was too much trouble. I visited Dr Arif so he could do his drawings, he was very respectful and honest with me. After my surgery everyone was so helpful, I never felt alone or confused as Elaine and Janielle were with me every step of the way. We moved to the hotel and had an international nurse come and check and change my dressing each day. The hotel staff were so accommodating and again nothing was too much trouble.
If I have anymore surgery I won’t hesitate to book with Phoenix Rising Surgery.

This is the second time Elaine and Canyel have looked after us for surgery and from start to finish the two ladies provided a seamless experience. From start to finish the care from Elaine and her team of amazing people was 5* nothing was to much and I felt so comfortable absolutely everything was explained in detail to me and made me feel at ease airport and hotel transfers were fantastic everything I could think of was taken care of my breast enlargement went really well and my doctor completely took into account my body frame and what would suit best for the outcome I desired nurses are friendly and so caring I would 100% recommend this company to anyone think of having surgery and would definitely return in future thank you all so much!

Honestly couldn’t recommend booking through Elaine any more! Her and Canyel were amazing whilst i was having my surgery. Questions answered promptly through WhatsApp, plenty of check ups through my stay! Both ladies are absolutely lovely and there for all your needs. I would 100% book through them again in the future. Currently 9 days post surgery (mummy makeover, mons lift and lipo on back and hips) and I can’t fault my results so far and looking forward to seeing my final results! Thankyou so much!

Elaine is an angel! From the moment of contact to enquire about booking Elaine was patient and responded quickly to my 1000 questions. She was there to meet me and my companion on arrival. Throughout my whole stay she made sure we both had everything we needed and that we were both OK. She is an amazing coordinator, I would have no hesitation recommending or using her company again ❤️

Elaine n caynel were there to answer all questions in person plus on messages , aving a international team was a plus the care respect n all these ladies done was outstanding..I'm from England n even in our private hospital u do not get the treatment I had here in Turkey with Elaine n caynel nothing was to much trouble they actual become your friends which is lovely when you are having ops in different country ... if I was to have anything else done I would go bck to Elaine n caynel ekol hospital..tests scans leak test honestly best experience I've had n I'm post op now 1 week feel fabulous xx
