Absolutely delighted!
From the quick response to my request for a quote, to the communications that kept me informed as to when I should expect a visit from the engineer, and the visit itself - on Bank Holiday Monday evening - when Polash came and fixed what I was afraid was a hopelessly damaged Samsung, I have no hesitation in recommending this service with a full 5 stars. Absolutely delighted!

Great all round!
I would highly recommend this business. Used for the first time today for a cracked iPhone screen. The phone was repaired in my own home and all covid rules were followed. The gentleman was very professional. Very happy with all aspects.

Polash is amazing
Polash is amazing - I have used him "too many times" due to a 10 and 7 year old boys :-) breaking things
This time he excelled as my 7 year old broke his arm and whilst in hospital dropped his ipad ( more importnat than his broken arm ) and Polash came out ealry the next day to fix it !!!
WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!!

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Made the appointment and within a few hours they had come to the house and fixed it. Very easy and convenient and a better price than ISmash.

Polash has been servicing all my families phones and iPads for years and he is always great. Good products and great customer service as always. Brilliant service in COVID 19 with sanitising and keeping his distance. Will always use him and so will my family! Thanks as always what a great guy!

Another Amazing service!!
After an amazing service replacing my iPhone screen a few years ago, I recommend this company to my mother who needed her iPad battery replaced. My mother had told me the wrong model and Polash was very understanding and took the iPad with him on the Friday and brought it back Sunday. Absolutely amazing service as always and would highly recommend him to everyone! Thanks again :-)

The best phone service by far
Fantastic service ! Polash is a Gentleman ! On time and reasonable cost ! Because of Covid 19 my phone was fixed in my garden under the gazebo ! All sanitised and no problems at all ! Very happy ! Thanks again ! Brian Herbert

They can come to you on a Sunday!
We were firstly impressed the fact this company comes to you seven days a week. Our technician came on a Sunday. He was on time, we had an hours notice, which we found convenient and did a fantastic job. Very polite and respectful wearing a mask and gloves. Really pleased with what he did. Would highly recommend this company

Great service
I’ve used their service for multiple repairs on various models of iPhones and I recommend them without hesitation.
They’re prompt, the repairs are done on site within 30 mins and to a high standard of quality.
And they are very friendly.
