-Make sure you benefit from a strong Internet connection.
-Make sure you have the latest app version installed on your device.
-Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.

Reliable 99% of the time. Clear call quality, and hardly any dropped calls. I have been using this site for about eight years, and would not want to use any other.

I am not getting clear phone calls thru…
I am not getting clear phone calls thru ( breakage in sound), I have to call back 3 or more times to get a clear line, that is proper to hear and speak. I could also hear breakage in the ring dial as well when I make a call.

Remaining minutes -
Add unused monthly minutes to my normal balance . I don’t know why it’s not possible and customer service says a clear “No” .

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately it is not possible for Monthly Plan minutes to be turned into Voice Credit minutes because they are different products and Monthly Plan minutes renew each month. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
