I really love photos
I really love photos. way back when I'm just little. I always took our family photos and just see the photos of mine when I was a baby and it is something that brings me joy whenever i see myself carried by my parents. This photobook bring back those kind of memories in a modern way but the concept is still there. That's why I really love this photobook even after I received mine... I highly recommend this specially to those who love taking photos for memories

Napaka ganda ng quality of picture, kung ako ang tatanungin photobook talaga the best sa lahat ng photo album, napaka sulit ng package safe na safe, may pavoucher at more less pa kaya super helpful nitong photobook sakin, lalot hindi na napupuno yung memory card ko dahil auto album na rin sya. At tuwang tuwa ang kambal kapag nakikita nila yung old photos nila.

Issue with payment + False Advertising of Arrival time
The website was easy enough to use but when I finished the project, I had a slightly bad experience with payment as there was an issue with Dragonpay not sending me the confirmation that the transaction went through so I had to report it to their Support team. This took a couple of days of back-and-forth emails with them. Thankfully, it was easy enough to resolve but this drastically delayed my timeline of when I was expecting to receive the photobook. Little did I know that this issue was the least of my worries since I had not received the photobook AT ALL since it had not arrived yet! FALSE ADVERTISING when they said it only takes 6-10 days to print and deliver...it has been almost 3 weeks (Nov19 to present) and we still have not received it. I coordinated with their Support team again and even when they gave me the tracking number, etc, the timeline of when the photobook should arrive was still advertised falsely!
