Lovely artwork, quality paper, we installed another mural by a different company a few years ago and it was thinner and more ‘plasticy’. Five stars for ordering delivery installation instructions

I would highly recommend the peel and stick wallpaper option from Photowall Sweden. It was so easy to install so much so that I completed a whole bedroom one weekend. My daughter chose the pattern Tranquil Gingham in Beige for her room and the colour matched exactly what we were expecting from the website. This product exceeded my expectations and is such an affordable way to transform a space in your home.

The wall paper i ordered wasn't what we wanted but the while experience was great. Arrived very quickly, packed extremely well and when we needed to return it it was very easy, you can book a pick up from your home and the refund was within days. Even though the product was a miss we would try again as the process was so easy.

Purchasing online is usually a worry when you can’t see the product but having the ability to get samples and see them in person is excellent. The printed paper was exactly what we wanted and it came through the mail with no delay. It was tracked and delivered quickly in perfect condition. The quality is obvious. I would not hesitate to order through photo wall again.

We messed up one strip of wallpaper, and the issue was resolved perfectly. We had to send in a photo of the wall, and they remade exactly that single strip and delivered it incredibly fast.

I am extremely disappointed with your customer service.
I have a problem and you don’t care about my needs, I now have wallpaper on my wall and you can’t even see what it is meant to be, something that shows a beautiful design on your website is totally not what I see on my wall.
In asking for help I have just been met with all the excuses you can find instead of trying to find a solution to my problems. I will not be recommending this company as your service is very poor.
All it would have taken from the very start was to tell me this print was going to be far too large for my space, instead you show no consideration you have just written me off .
Would you treat your family members in this way?
I think not .

Having the pieces numbered was great and the toolkit I purchased (optional) was very useful.

The first sample got lost in transit but was quickly replaced when notified. It was a decent size so I could understand the look of the paper in the room.
