Hi Silas, thank you for your review and I hope it is okay that I answer you in English.

All our images are high-resolution and specifically prepared for mural printing. However, depending on the size of the wall and the level of detail in the design, some murals are best appreciated from a viewing distance, where you can take in the subject as a whole.

To get a better sense of the final look, we recommend rolling out the panels, cutting them apart, and laying them next to each other on the floor. Then, take a step back to view the complete design as it will appear on your wall.

Please also note that you're always welcome to order a printed sample before committing to the full wallpaper. This can give you a clearer idea of how the design will appear in print and up close.

We also offer a 30-day return policy for unassembled items. If you haven’t started installing the wallpaper, you’re free to return it and request either a replacement or a refund if you choose to cancel. Just reach out to our customer service team with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Wishing you a great day.

Best regards,
Lovely

Bonjour,

Cordialement. Lars

Hi, thank you for your review and I hope it's okay that I answer you in English.

I'm sorry to hear if the wallpaper did not meet your expectations.

You can always order a printed sample prior to ordering the actual wallpaper, so you will have an idea of what it would look like in print and up close.

Our wallpapers are always delivered in 45 cm wide panels while we print the whole height according to your order, they will arrive rolled, and you need to cut the strips yourself along the dotted lines, we have this information posted on the website and I am sorry If this isn't clear at the time of purchase.

I can see that you have been in contact with customer service regarding this, so please get back to us and we will help you out.

Again, thank you for taking the time in sharing your review, and have a nice day.

Kind regards,
Angelica
