I had a fantastic experience booking with Getaflight, all thanks to Charles. I was initially quite anxious about setting off on this trip completely on my own, but his exceptional service changed everything. Charles was incredibly friendly, empathetic, and helpful. As soon as he realised I was traveling solo, he went out of his way to ensure I had great seats so I would feel comfortable throughout the journey.
The entire experience so far has been thoroughly impressive. Thanks to his kindness and efficiency, I now feel incredibly relaxed and genuinely look forward to my trip. I highly recommend Charles and the team for stress-free travel planning!

Appalling.
During booking it is clearly stated that seat selection is included. It does not give the option to select seats during the booking process and so we contacted them after booking and paying only to be told that we have to pay to select seats.
This is quite clearly a deliberate attempt to extort further monies from paying customers who have already paid and are therefore trapped.
Appalling customer with rude and unhelpful employees.
Do not use them, find someone more reputable and deserving of your trust.

My experience with Getaflight was really amazing. We booked a return trip from London to Bali but were finding it difficult to navigate the online website of the airline so I called up Getaflight to ask for help regarding the check in and Russel very kindly obliged and was extremely informative and helpful. I informed Russel that we may require assistance with our booking because of a knee injury I had picked up and Russel reassured me it would be fine and made the process of booking very smooth and easy and managed to sort out the seat allocations for myself and my family with no issues. 10/10.

I booked London -> Osaka using GetAFlight and it was a very easy and smooth experience. I used their online booking and then was assisted by Charles over the phone, he was very helpful and provided great customer service
