From start to finish, my experience with this company was terrible.

When I first booked, I was told my original flight had sold out and that I would need to pay a higher price for an alternative. However, the exact same route was still being advertised on their website at the original price I had already paid.

Things then got much worse. I received an email directly from the airline informing me that my flight had been cancelled. I completely understand that cancellations are the airline’s responsibility, but because I booked through an agency, I contacted them for assistance. I was told I would automatically be rebooked onto a new flight.

The replacement flight they booked me onto was impossible for me to catch because I was on a cruise that wasn’t due to arrive until after the flight had already departed. When I contacted the airline, they correctly explained that my contract was with the travel agency and that they could only offer the replacement flight selected by the agency.

I repeatedly contacted the agency for help. Initially, they told me I could change to a suitable flight for an additional £700, but when they attempted to process the payment, they claimed that flight had suddenly “sold out” as well. They then advised me to wait until the following day – the day before I was due to travel – only to tell me that my options were either to accept a refund of whatever amount the airline decided to provide (which would have been only a fraction of the cost of buying a new ticket myself) or to upgrade to business class by paying an extra £7,000.

At no point did they take responsibility or make any genuine effort to resolve the situation, despite the fact that I had booked through them specifically so they could manage issues like this.

In the end, they left me stranded in another country with no practical solution.

Overall, this was an appalling experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking through this company to think twice.

Demi, the agent who helped me with the original flights purchase and then the changes, was extremely helpful and kind, finding the best options and then helping me with the remaining of the process. Furthermore, the fact that they are london based made feel more confident when discussing payment methods, etc. Will definitely use them again ⭐️

Booked Heathrow to Islamabad with Demi who was exceptionally professional and attentive. Ensured first class service and managed to book Premium Economy for just a small amount more than Economy. Thank you Demi 5 stars. Excellent customer service.

Beware and stay away. PH Travel Ltd may withhold your refund forever even when the airline confirms you are eligible for a full refund!

Extremely disappointing experience with PH Travel Ltd.
My flight was affected by regional instability, and the airline confirmed that departures during this period were eligible for a full refund. Despite this, PH Travel Ltd only offered a partial refund, applied unclear fare rules, deducted an admin fee, and refused to pass through the airline’s full refund.

Their own email confirms they were acting as the airline’s agent, so they should not be withholding money the airline has made refundable.

Expedia refunded another flight on the same dates with the same airline in full, which makes PH Travel Ltd’s position even harder to justify.

Worse still, they have not even processed the partial refund they offered. I would strongly warn others against booking with them, especially if you need proper support during disruption or crisis.

After I made the booking one of their customer service reps called me and asked me to leave a positive reviews quoting her name, in return for a flexi ticket. I think I had bought a flexible ticket in the first place anyway. Very odd.
The girl was polite and helpful and I’m sure she was only doing her job, but I felt uncomfortable being forced to give a good review

I spoke to Travies who is very helpful to solve my concerns in regarding about the size of suitcase.

Travies was very helpful and patient. He needed to call the airline for us to confirm some details and called me back straight away. He also called to confirm all the tickets as well as sending an email. Communication wss really good.
