My go-to place for Pilates mat accessories
I’ve been using Physical Company for over 15 years - both ordering equipment for my own studio as well as recommending them to my clients. Their standard of service is excellent. This time I needed to upgrade my Pilates Mat accessories. I found exactly what I need online - the new website layout is great! I also called to ask about their membership scheme discount. The phone support was prompt and helpful. The savings were great too!!

Happy with product but notice prices have increased so sometimes I’m forced to buy from Amazon.
I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and regularly purchased your flexi bands (on a roll ) however since you changed format I sadly no longer buy from your company as the material is too slippery. Thank you

Completely incompetent
This company is astonishingly incompetent. I ordered a Pilates mat. It arrived having had eyelets cut into one end. There was no mention of this in the product description and it was done in their warehouse before despatch. They sent a replacement, without the eyelets, however, the mat had not been wrapped properly and was open at one end. The delivery company left it outside and the mat was soaked by the rain. A third mat was despatched, which was very well wrapped. However, they had, again, cut eyelets into it. I give up!

Be Aware only two days to respond if there's a problem
I can see the products are good quality and match the description e.g. the thickness, softness and warmth of the mat. I was disappointed that there was staining on my mat and because the return time frame was two days, I didn't have time to respond. I took the parcel in and didn't open it immediately because I was busy and I trusted the company.

Great product... just would like to see actual prices alongside the product
Great product- as always but just needs to be clearer on the pricing of resistance bands rolls as price jumps up suddenly when you order purple in the drop down. Maybe saying "from" or being transparent with actual prices, displaying them against the colours. Its more irritating to get to the point of purchase and find the price suddenly jumps up significantly. Otherwise, great product.
