Refuse to send product without sending them your ID and CC info, since they claim fraud but your bank/card does not then REFUSE refund without your ID and Bank account number. Then when dispute it since they are holding your $ they after over 4 weeks decide to send something like nothing is wrong but results in lose of work and jobs do to this issue. Total CHEATS and THIEVES.

Good product but expensive, next day delivery was not fulfilled. I raised a ticket requesting a refund of the delivery charge. Ticket was closed, no explanation, no refund

As ever a flawless purchase. Item exactly as expected and arrived when expected

Absolutely awful. Changed the item that I originally ordered and then told I'm not allowed to return it despite contacting them within 14 days of delivery and being unopened. Currently in the process of exploring my legal options, with myself likely taking this matter to the court.

Order placed, money paid. Little to no information for 12 months.

When logging a ticket to cancel order as it was obvious delivery would not take place, was advised cancelling was impossible as the product had shipped. Received delivery information on following day and order fulfilled a few days later.

Based on the experience of this supplier would never use again and would advise others to avoid.

Like hundreds of people, waiting over 14 months for an HNT miner. Any email correspondence is met with the same pitiful pre-written templates and woeful excuses; phoning will result in ringing out—what a pathetic company.

I advise everyone to pay them a visit (or try phoning) and physically demand your money back - They are the scum of the Earth.

If you paid by credit card? You can action a Section 75 with your credit card provider. You will need to provide evidence: emails, invoices etc. If successful, you will receive a full refund. The whole process takes no more than two weeks. - GOOD LUCK.

Worst company ever wait 14 months for Nebra miner only received when court action was Threatened, will not sync to network open two tickets with them to help to sort it out with no response from them, sent back now for a refund, but probably have to go to court to get reimbursed scam company!!!

Refused refund, even though it is required under the consumer act. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional.

Waited over 12 months for delivery!! Then the Nebra miner turns up and makes next to nothing. Be careful who you partner with in the future Pi…

Took 12 months to deliver the product.
Customer service is terrible.
Product didn’t work as expected when it arrived.
Won’t accept a return of the product.

Never sent the product, still not yet received and no refund, no follow up!!! 3k+ wasted!! Non customer friendly scam website.

Order arrived in about a week and a half (shipped from UK to US). Packaging was nice (even came with some stickers!) and my Pijuice Zero has been working as intended for about 2 months now. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Rubbish. Shouldnt be in business. Over a year to get my order.

It took 13 months for my indoor miners to arrive.
When they did, one was not working.
i had to wait several days for a ticket to be replied to.
Then i was told to take the miner apart and flash the miner.
so after waiting for 13 months i had to take the item apart and mend it.
no offer of compensation for the wait, or the fact that 1 was not ready to work.
oh, they did throw in a mini packet of haribo...
jokers....
avoid, buy from elswhere... ive bought off 2 other companies and both arrived in less than half the time it took nebra to send theirs out..

Worst company to every exist, worst experience of buying something in my life. Worst company ever.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

Prompt delivery, well-wrapped package, items as ordered. Would buy from again.
