Had a pretty terrible experience with all the other customer service agents until I connected with Romel. Was beyond helpful and it actually renewed my faith in PIAVPN - been a customer since 2015/2016 and I've seen the service decline. they need to give this person a promotion raise or perhaps put them in charge of the whole organization which was otherwise horrible experience. Did they 'fix' my issue, not exactly but they found a solution and work around without any hesitation. I am very impressed with this agent.

Doesn't connect on firestick. Absolute waste of money

This has to be the worst I have tried EVER. Absolutely customer service that tries to stall you longer than 30 so they do not have to give you a refund. I had no connection and there is no working client for the firestick. I don't know why I didn't stick to Nord or express vpn but I thought this would be ok for the price. How foolish was i..its a ABSOLUTE RIP OFF

Why is there no method of contacting Cyber ghost VPN and most other VPN companies by email? You can tell how good a company is by how easy it is to contact them. I do not wish to use social media and be data trawled and surveilled. I am trying to contact VPN companies to try and find out how much band width I will lose using their services. With PIA VPN I lost up to 80% with Nord VPN it was the same and became unusable. I contacted Proton VPN and asked the same question they have just ignored me?

Any customers trying to get a refund from these sharks use Visa Charge back. It is strange that when first using VPN services they work OK, but after a few months the speed drops dramatically, this is my experience it seems the service is being throttled just after the refund deadline, how strange? Also are VPN companies sharing Servers, and falsely claiming they have more hardware than they actually have?

Totally UNTRUSTWORTHY! I was led to believe I was purchasing Nord VPN but ended up with PIA. How can one trust a company that masquerades as another. Bad.

absolutely useless,can never get on a uk server,when u do,it constantly fails,must have reconnected 20 times today and the firestick app is even worse.
the only reason i haven't sacked it is because i paid a fiver for 2 years with cashback,wont be renewing though,i'll use nord again,dearer than this crap,but it works.

J'ai essayé PIAVPN en mai 2021. Pas convaincu j'ai demandé le remboursement du mois d'essai.
