This company has not return any of my emails in months to rectify my issue with the table I bought from them for my son‘s birthday

If I could give this company no stars I would. I bought my son one of their tables for his birthday in September 2025. I’ve been trying to get in contact with this company for months through email. I’ve given all my information, pictures, order number and I’ve received no word. The table started to crack and raise with large Lines across the table. I bought it for my son so he can draw and color and the table is unusable. It’s extremely frustrating to buy my child a table for his birthday, that was over $150 and he can’t even use it. I would appreciate if someone would get back to me.

Super unsafe

Super unsafe. After a couple months of use the screws started coming out. Literally falling out. My toddler would have fallen out if I hadn’t caught her. I emailed customer service, sent requested pictures twice, just to get denied replacement parts. It took 16 emails and I was well within warranty. Especially for this price point I expect something to last for more than three months and not be super dangerous to children.

After reviewing your case, the tower had been in use for an extended period of time before the issue was reported. While all of our products are covered under a 3-year warranty, normal wear and tear from regular use is not covered. Based on the photos provided, the product showed signs of significant use over time.

No Response From Customer Service

I ordered the toddler tower, toy cabinet, table, and chair products. Initially I was excited to have this furniture in our home. This is well over $1k I invested in their company.

The chair was missing plus two screws for the table. I emailed them immediately about the issue, with proof of delivery, showing the missing items. Customer service confirmed the missing items, promising they would send the missing items 7-10 business days.

I tried following up with the company, but no one responds to their customer service email. There is no phone number to contact them.

This is not how you do business as a company. What a shame.

This company is terrible. They cancelled my order and won’t refund me or answer me about it. I got one answer back that is a bold face lie, I have receipts to prove it but they don’t care. I ordered my piece in the beginning of December and ever since then I’ve got lie after lie and now they won’t refund my money AND won’t answer me. Seriously, I was so excited for this and now I’m pulling my hair out trying to get an answer and my money back. Look somewhere else! Anywhere else is better.

Terrible customer service experience

Terrible customer service experience. I placed my order in line with Piccalio’s “order by 12/17 to receive by Christmas” banner, only for the package to be lost in transit and ultimately canceled on 1/2.
I was emailing back and forth with their customer service team starting before Christmas and was repeatedly told to wait 24–48 business hours, despite them knowing this was a Christmas gift. After weeks of delays, the only resolution provided was a refund because the item was suddenly out of stock.
The lack of urgency, communication, and accountability was extremely frustrating. A lot of time was wasted emailing customer service and scrambling to find an alternative gift. While I do like the products I’ve purchased from Piccalio in the past, this experience completely changed my opinion of their customer service. I wouldn’t recommend ordering if timing matters.

Never arrived

The item never arrived. Looked great online and was excited to see product. I received a notification that the product had been shipped and delivered, but it never arrived (there was no proof of delivery). I emailed the team at Piccalio, they responded quickly, but seemed completely disinterested in ensuring that I received the product.

Very frustrating experience

Very frustrating experience

Ordered two chairs and a table in May. Table arrived with a significant crack all the way across the top (and was also missing the hardware needed for assembly). I reported this via Piccalio's online help account, with photos and all other details they requested. On 19 May their response indicated a replacement would be shipped within the next 7-10 business days. It is now 11 June and I have received no replacement table and no shipping information, and no actual update (I have received automated responses with no real information). I can understand if stock is low that it might take a long time for a replacement to arrive. But without any real follow up about timelines or shipping confirmations I am left wondering if I've been scammed. This is a very expensive disappointment.

Foldable Helper Tower

***UPDATED: We received a replacement in a timely manner after I wrote this review. All the pieces fit together as they should and we are so happy! Better customer service than the first response I received when I reached out previously.***
ORIGINAL: We were very excited to have this gifted as it seemed like a great and safe way for my kiddo to help or watch while cooking in the kitchen. Unfortunately, it is made very poorly and the holes for the screws are WAY too big so they don't hold at all. I have never had a product that had screws just fall out because the designated holes were too big. Great design but extremely poor execution. I did reach out to the company for a claim and they replied back with a response saying we would have to pay 20-25% of the product in order to return it. Didn't really like that either since I didn't want the gift giver to know it had a lot of issues and also didn't want them to lose 20-25% (appx $50 bucks) on a product that was crappy when it was shipped. They have great reviews on their site and that is why it was purchased but the one I got isn't safe or usable unless you take the time to fill the holes and work to make it safe yourself.

Missing Order - ZERO Support

I placed an order with Piccalio over a week ago. Our order was sent to the wrong address. We have proof because the carrier sent a photo of it. The door and awning is different. We have no idea where it was delivered. Piccalio has hardly answered us, only assured us that the product was delivered. We are in limbo wondering whether we have a gift for our nephew for Christmas! This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. No refund. Nothing!

My suggestion: improve your customer service and ditch your mail carrier.

Provided false information and ignored my cancellation request

I sent a cancellation request within seconds of placing the order since the shipping address was incorrect (their website UI is horrible with no order review page). I immediately sent an email to the support email since there is no live chat/business phone number to call. A day later I’ve got the email that they shipped my order despite my cancellation. I checked the shipping number they included and it was NOT yet shipped, only the request was created. I sent the screenshots and ask them to cancel but they falsely replied that they already shipped it. Apparently, my cancellation within seconds of placing the order and even screenshots a day later that it’s not yet shipped did not matter. I have lost money, would not receive the product and I have got a very scammy feeling about his business operates. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them!

Great!

Our little guy, who is 14 months old, LOVES the helper tower and we do too. Not only does it allow him to be involved in the kitchen (without having to hold him all of the time) but it is also so beautifully made.

Love Piccalio

Absolutely LOVE Piccalio products we got our son the entire collection and he loves his new play space. The baby play mat is made from quality material. We turned it into a magical play land! The products ship so quickly, the quality is incredible! Worth every penny :)

Safe Materials - Great Quality

So glad I bought this play mat for my four month old. Materials are high quality and so soft. We were using blankets and foam tiles for tummy time and playtime before the Piccalio play mat but it was getting uncomfortable for me and my baby wasn’t enjoying being on the floor as much. As soon as she got on the play mat her body relaxed and had been enjoying floor time and tummy time even more. Wish I purchased this sooner! Excited to work on her milestones on this mat! This is my second purchase from Piccalio their quality is genuinely amazing.

Wanted for years - worth the hype!!

I have wanted the Foldable Helper Tower by Piccalio for almost 2 years after we used another helper tower with our first baby and hated it. I told my husband for our next child the Piccalio Foldable Helper Tower was a must have and SO happy with it! We started using it at 12 months old and it’s been a life changer for us in the kitchen. Timeless design and amazing wood. Love Love Love!!!

Awesome products and amazing company. Just bought one their Play Mats which is really high quality, soft, making one of the best purchases you can make to a baby. The customer service was so quick to respond to my questions. Recommended Piccalio to my mom group. We are big fans!

GREAT PRODUCTS. GREAT COMPANY

We were searching for a tower for our toddler for a while, but didn’t love how clunky a lot of our options were. We were sold when we saw that this one folds up and can be tucked in the corner. It was easy to assemble, too. Highly recommend.

Additionally Piccalio’s customer service were quick to answer our questions. They stand behind their policies which most companies don’t do these days.
