I ALSO RECEIVED MY TOOL WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS. I WENT TO THE WEBSITE SUPPORT.PICKONA.COM AND IT DOES NOT EXIST. THESE SCAMMERS NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS. THERE IS NO WAY I CAN GET A REFUND

Misleading advertising. The tool seams strong and well made but they fail to mention that different lock brands use different keyways (the shape of the key) and there are different tools for different brands of locks. In their own videos they show a KW1 tool and another. I was shipped a “SCC” with no instructions. Doesn’t work on residential Schlage locks.

The harness fits perfectly and looks really comfy. My dog has no issues wearing it even for long walks. The leash is super convenient—it winds up on its own, so no dragging or tangling. I’ve used it almost daily for over a month, and it still works like new. My only wish? A way to stop the leash from extending fully sometimes, when I want him closer. But honestly, it’s a great combo—I love having it ready anytime I need it.

This dog coat runs super small. My 35 lb cocker had to go with an XXL, and it fits perfectly. Like the description said, it runs small—but honestly, it’s even smaller than I expected. Ordered an L first, returned it, and the XXL was spot on. Love the soft, warm lining and waterproof exterior. Perfect for Atlanta’s cold, rainy weather. I’d buy it again for sure.

The cane feels sturdy and the handle gives solid support when standing. Packaging was neat and arrived in good shape.
