Hi Robert,

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding the delay.

However, we would like to clarify that the watch ordered was a pre-order item, which was stated on the product page before purchase. Since the item was not yet in stock, the order had not been shipped or invoiced.

No payment was captured from your account, as our system only withdraws funds once an order has been packed and shipped. After cancellation, the payment reservation simply disappears automatically from the account.

We also feel that referring to the situation as “scam behaviour” is quite unfair, especially as we responded to your request the same day and immediately cancelled the order upon your confirmation.

We always strive to be transparent regarding stock availability and pre-orders, and we sincerely apologize if the process caused confusion or disappointment.

Thank you for your feedback, and we completely understand your frustration regarding the additional import charges.

Unfortunately, customs duties, local taxes, and carrier handling fees are determined by the destination country and shipping carrier, which means the exact amount can vary depending on local customs processing and shipping conditions. Because of this, these charges are outside of our direct control and can sometimes be difficult to predict in advance.

That said, we truly understand how unexpected fees can be disappointing, and we appreciate your feedback regarding clearer communication during the ordering process. We will certainly take this into consideration moving forward.
