Nicely made float frame delivered in reasonable time. Would have liked some spacers for ease of fitting the canvas, and perhaps some predrilled holes.

Picture Frames Express is outstanding – their frames are incredibly high quality and a fraction of the price of other framers. I haven’t found any other framer that comes close to them in terms of quality or value. I’m a professional artist so I do a lot of framing, and I always use this company. I order the frames online and frame my art myself at home. This always goes smoothly; the sizes are perfect and they’re easy to assemble.
Their customer service is also impeccable. I am particularly grateful to Lucy who is always there to answer my phone calls and emails. She also patiently answers all my questions (and there are MANY!). If ever I need a frame in a hurry (e.g. for an exhibition) she pushes it through and makes sure it arrives in plenty of time. Thank you Lucy and everyone at PFE! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent, I have had several frames from Picture Frames Express, I picked up my latest order and when I got home I noticed the frame was slightly damaged, I contacted them and explained the issue and that it might have been my fault in the car, without hesitation they agreed to pick it up from my house (an hour later!) and retuned a perfect frame the same day !, this level of service is rare these days, I will always use them for my custom Picture Frames. Excellent customer service, Thank you once again.
