Story behind the name
In the early 1600s, Dutch explorers set sail to unknown parts of the world, eventually boasting the largest naval fleet on Earth. To protect themselves from bad luck, mariners inked tattoos of a pig and a hen on their feet because crates of pigs and hens were oftentimes the only items left floating after a shipwreck. The sailors believed a pig and hen tattoo would help them not only survive the strongest of storms, but also allow them to float back safely to their beloved homeland.

Great products, great customer service
Had a couple of bracelets from pig & hen and liked them all. The last one had an issue where the end cap of the bracelet fell off and was lost. I asked if they could send me a replacement cap, they couldn't. So they sent me a new bracelet instead which arrived the next day. Awesome customer service. Will definitely use them again.

Ik had een armbandje gekregen (dus niet zelf besteld geen order nummer) via vrienden groep type CATENA VENETIAN, nu is het touwtje door gesleten bij de sluiting hiervoor neem ik contact op de Service afdeling.
De service van Pic & Hen is dus echt nederlands, heb je geen code of bon dan GEEN service!
Dus denk hieraan als je iemand een kado wil doen!

Ten eerste onze excuses dat je armband stuk is gegaan. Dit is niet de kwaliteit waar wij voor staan.
Om over te gaan tot het vergoeden van een armband vragen wij naar een ordernummer als bewijs, hierin kunnen wij alle gegevens inzien. Mocht je een armband kado hebben gekregen, ontvangen wij graag de naam van die persoon of emailadres, zodat wij ten alle tijden de order terug kunnen vinden in ons systeem.
Is de armband aangekocht bij een retailer dan moeten wij je terug verwijzen naar de betreffende winkel van aankoop, de voorwaarden van die winkel zijn dan van toepassing.
Als je ons de gegevens kan aanbieden die wij nodig hebben, dan helpen wij jou uiteraard graag verder en kunnen wij overgaan tot het verzenden van een nieuwe armband.
