Wat een slecht apparaat. De website is pure oplichterij. Ik wilde op de website een review schrijven maar dat lukt dus niet. Zoals je merkt ben ik een ontevreden klant. Het apparaat geeft een enorme herrie. Ik weet niet of hij duiven wegjaagt maar als het apparaat aanstaat komen mijn buren en ik niet meer buiten vanwege het geluid. Dat het dus geluidloos is, dat is dus pure onzin. Terugsturen is geen optie want deze firma reageert nergens op.

DOES NOT WORK ALSO IF IT WAS OF USE DELIVERY WAS I CAN'T repeat on line?

Product doesn't work, no refund policy on their website, no reply on email, no answer on their phone. Oh well, there goes £60.

We echo all the previous terrible reviews. This company is fraudulent in selling a scam product with false claims that their cheap device is ‘tuned to the pigeons’ auditory spectrum’. There is now an identical looking cheap device which claims to do the same for seagulls. This company is defrauding innocent people on a regular basis and continuing to advertise. In a troubled world, this adds to the stress that many of us feel. We gather there is a group putting together a case to sue them – and would like to provide supporting evidence if so.

Bought this at the start of 2023 and appeared to work until the battery needed changing last autumn. Changed the battery and the unit was still making its noise but the pigeons came back. Contacted the company as still under warranty. They suggested a brand new battery so this time I made sure it was a good quality high performing brand. The pigeons came back! Contacted the company but no response and then my husband got pooped on(!) so decided to get a local company to pigeon proof the area and ask for a refund. They then offered a replacement but I had to return it first. However I then saw all their bad reviews on Trustpilot. They are in France so postage is expensive and there are all the customs forms to complete. I have said I will return the unit to them once I have the refund but despite emailing them again I have had no response. I have tried to post a review on their site but there doesn't seem to be a way of doing so! Don't use this company.

Pigeons now roost next to device. Stay away from this rubbish, stay clear of this absolute SCAM

This whole company is a con.. I purchased the Cat Stop Pro ... claims to be a british company but all these items are sent from france . your buying a cheap import at premium prices .. may as well just buy one off amazon at a third of the price...

I paid for my pigeon deterrent at the beginning of February, the money was taken from my credit card and the item still hasn’t arrived. I have sent 3 emails to their useless customer service over the past week and still had no response. Don’t buy off this scammer

Totally useless, the battery is loose inside the product and is screwed in too tightly to access. The 'product' - if you can call the small bit of plastic that - took 10 days to arrive, they waited a week before sending.

My initial enquiry about its noise levels went unanswered, as did my two emails asking about delivery, and my email about the product not working.

Both phone numbers are fake.

Reading the other reviews it is clearly a scam.

Lesson learnt, crooks.

The product did actually work for a bit, but broke down after less than two months - the switch stopped responding, and though I can continue by taking the battery out to switch on and off, that doesn't change the signal. It significantly deterred pigeons but did not affect other birds. It doesn't seem much for nearly £60 paid, and contrary to claims I can hear it from 20 feet away, as can neighbours, it is not inaudible to humans, but quite loud. It does deter if you keep changing its position. The product cannot have cost more than a few pence to make, I'm sure even the casing cost little. The switch is operated by pressing a flexible panel in the case, which pushes a little button, which clearly cannot cope with repeated use. It says guaranteed 2 years, and failed after 2 months and the contact email does not respond. But it has worked for a while until the cheap components failed. Just the company is not true to its promises, so the public need to be aware. Additional comment: it continued scaring pigeons for another month just displacing the battery as an on/off substitute. Fortunately the council have now pollarded their tree, and there is nowhere for the pigeons to roost. I thought I should add information about how it seems to work. You have to switch it on and off regularly because that is how the signal type changes, so the pigeons do not get used to one signal. Reading some other postings I wonder if people leave it on permanently. You also need to move it around regularly so the signal isn't always from the same place. It is just a pity the manufacture was so shoddy, were another firm to produce one more robustly it might do the job. Another point is asking why you get pigeons. In my case a neighbour liked feeding the pigeons (twenty feeders) and wouldn't be persuaded to stop. But why are you getting pigeons? Is there a food source nearby? Could you stop the pigeons by affecting that supply?

I don't think this product deserves a one-star rating. It's a scam, plain and simple. I feel terrible about spending £119.80 on two of these devices.
I placed one in my garden, but it doesn't seem to have any effect on pigeons. I've even seen them walking and perching right in front of it.
At first, I thought maybe it needed more time to start working, but after three weeks, I realised that I had been scammed.
I reached out to the company to complain about the product months ago, and they are yet to reply.
It's really disheartening that some people choose to deceive others under the guise of running a legitimate business.
My advice to you is to reject this item if given as a gift.

What a complete waste of time and money from a scam company. The product is useless. Worse still they will not accept returns although I will be returning the useless item anyway. They claim all these terrible reviews are fake but the only fake thing around here is their product. I have reported this to Mastercard as I believe this is fraudulent trading.

In a nutshell it doesn't work and appears to be a scam, as others suggest. Do not waste your money. The pigeons just walk around as usual, like before the box was installed. The seller should be shut down. I will be taking this further and I suggest everyone else does too.

Please DO NOT BUY.

It is a total scam. We have done everything they told us to do, after we complained that the devise doesn't work. We have the same amount of pigeons and the amount of mess has not changed.
We cleaned the area, followed all instructions and surprise surprise, it does not work.

Alexandra, the customer service manager was and is very condescending which is not a good quality in customer service manager!

My husband has asked for his money back, but they won't do that, they just keep making excuses.

We even provided a picture of a pigeon sitting next to the devise and she yet again had excuses that the devise have turned! Well it is on a string and at that particular moment, it has turned very slightly + the picture was taken from inside so we don't scare the pigeon and can prove that it does not work, therefore there was a plank of a fence in the view, otherwise it would be much clearer where the device is.

It took them 3 weeks to reply to our email and if you want to call them, the line does not work.

When you want to leave a review on their website it does not work.

Please do not waste your money.
It is a false advertising.
