Bought one of these to deter seagulls from my roof. What arrived was a plastic box that makes an irritating noise that is more likely to deter me from using my garden than the birds. Tried to return under distance buying laws but like everyone else was just ignored. I tried phoning them but no answer, emailed numerous times but get no reply. I would advise anyone looking to deter birds to look elsewhere as this is a useless con trick. You’d scare the birds better clapping your hands!

Bought this to deter a persistent seagull as advertised on seagulls pro website. Absolute rubbish. Seagull just sat and stared at it. No returns policy and phone number obsolete. Don’t be taken in by these crooks because that is what they are. I could ill afford to lose £69 but I was desperate.

This is a completely ineffective product. I have been trying to get a refund only to be told to persevere for longer (4 weeks so far), ensure there are no droppings in the area (!) and to buy another one!
This is clearly a scam and the company should have been closed down long ago.

Just a total waste of money DO NOT BUY!!! The birds still sleep in the tree that the stop pro bird deterrent is on. I have bought some children's windmills and put on the fence which has helped a bit. This item is not cheap,would not recommend !!!

Simply do not buy. Mine developed a fault after 3 months, I refused an offer of another unit as the pigeons simply covered it in poo and sat next to it.
I returned it fo examination to an unmarked industrial unit on Fairwood Industrial Estate and heard nothing.
Meantime I’m emailing Alexandria at VAN ORTON Ltd in Geneva for a refund. Needless to say I’ve been scammed.

*****SCAM ALERT*****Stop-Bird-Pro Box is quite possibly the WORST product that I have ever had the misfortune to waste my money on! It is not even worthy of 1 star. Plus the customer service is APPALLING!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ne fonctionne pas du tout j'en ai acheté deux pour la modique somme de 177 euros pour écarter environ 50 pigeons installés sur ma maison. Même en ayant respecté les consignes c'est totalement inefficace. Une vraie arnaque. Un joujou à 2 balles.

After seeing there advert for a pigeon deterent priced at £60.00, I thought for this money it should work!
Alas NO this is a plastic box that makes a warbling sound that is so quiet you can't hear it. As for scaring pigeons well that is a joke it wouldn't scare anything.
PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS USELESS!

Arnaque tout simplement. Le site est bidon ! Il est impossible de déposer un avis sur le site alors qu'il y a un bouton prévu pour. J'avais à l'époque contacté le service client qui avait prétexté un problème sur le site et des lenteurs de développement Web. 3 ans plus tard je vais sur le site et c'est toujours pareil ! Impossible de déposer un avis ! C'est vraiment scandaleux !!!

Absolute Rubbish! First didn’t work, second one didn’t work and all they could suggest was to change the battery, which I did and, it still didn’t work!!

It cost me £10.65 to send back and although they did refund me after two months they insist on my bank details for them to refund me. I refuse to give them bank details in fear of scam/fraud, so we at stalemate

Bought his £60 device weeks ago & it seems to be completely useless! I replaced the battery (which was out of date) and placed it in a thin plastic bag just below a velux window where the pigeons gather. Still working and you may judge for yourself. I have a photo today showing about 20 pigeons all around it.

Having had to climb onto our roof to attach the very expensive Stop Bird Pro unit, we found the pigeons reacted very quickly to the frequency it emitted. The noise over our bedroom reduced as they moved to the other end of the roof (the 10m zone seems to be optimistic). After a couple of months, the noises returned although not to the level as before however it was not courting season any more. From a flock of 16, we were down to 6, then it grew again to 10. After 6 months we climbed up again, fitted a cheap whirly pigeon scarer and brought the very expensive (5 times the price!) Stop Bird Pro unit. It was still active. I put it on our balcony where the flock has returned and guess what, 5 pigeons happily snacked on seed put out for the squirrels and small birds, a foot away from the unit. Even posed for a photograph. Meanwhile 2 more cheap whirling units have been fitted and the roof noises have decreased again. You make your mind up.

A useless device and yes they don’t want to refund you either.
If you paid by card then contact the card company and claim from them.
The device does nothing at all.
If you want to scare pigeons away use a flag, it works for me.

I wish I has read the reviews first: this unit does not work. I turned the unit on such that I could hear the audible tone from it and positioned it on my roof where 30 to 40 pigeons gather every day. The unit has been working for nearly two weeks and NO CHANGE. The same number of pigeons still flock to my roof. THIS DEVICE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY< DO NOT BUY!
