Someone fraudulently created a PiggyVest account using my email address, somehow verified it without accessing my email and deposited money into it. I'm receiving regular emails about their activity. PiggyVest confirmed the account exists but refuses to address or correct this problem over a series of emails. They do not care that this account was created fraudulently.

Been with them for long and will refer them to anyone anything.

I can't login to my app for weeks and I'm to contact support, I have sent out several mails and no responses..
How bad, now I get to develop trust issues with the app..😏

AVOID!! Please do not use PIGGYVEST!
They are very deceptive and fraudulent in many ways. They have my money in an investment that ended weeks ago and have decided not to release it back to my account. Various attempts to resolve this have come back with no result. I wish I read the reviews first.

DO YOU KNOW I HAVE BEEN WRITING EMAIL TO THIS PEOPLE FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS OVER MY FUNDS THEY HAVE WITHELD BUT THEYRE NOT REPLYING. IMAGINE!! VERY LOW CUSTORMER CARE ATTITUDE. I HAVE BACKING PROOFS OF WHAT I AM SAYING. SCREENSHOTS OF THE EMAIL I HAVE BEEN WRITING THEM SINCE YESTERDAY ON TOP OF MY MONEY! THERE NO NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM, EVERYTHING IS EMAIL AND STILL THEY WONT REPLY YOU AGAIN AT FINISHING LINE.

Hmm, my journey with PiggyVest has been on for about 8 years going back to my days at OAU, Ife and how I was struggling to save and maintain my allowance. At the time, I wasn't keen on ROI, however, as time passed they have not only increased their interest rate from 12% to 18%- 22%, but they have also included features like the PocketMoni, Flex Savings, Target and some other features which helps to make savings a lot more easy and communal.

Big fan of their group target savings challenges as that helps me and friends.
Of course, there is always room to get better but they are currently not doing too bad.

I started using PiggyVest about 8 months and my experience has been a positive one. Excellent customer service.

Some days ago I complain about my account by contacting PiggyVest customer service email address about bank and some issues. Along the line I was feeling some kind of premonitions and I stop giving details. Some days later I got a WhatsApp message from an unknown number with PiggyVest logo telling me to provide further information for assistance. I know instantly this is from one of their fraudulent staff or staffs (A wolf in sheep's clothing). I didn't drop my phone number during complain i make with customer service with my email address. How this scammer staff got my phone number I don't know. Now the issue is I don't feel safe using PiggyVest services. How sure am I their staffs won't start doing things like money laundering from one's account, BVN fraud with other connected bank account and others. I just feel like clearing my information from them and their website because I don't feel safe with them again.

Nice investment platform. Could save and do more.

For now, they have the best interest rate (to my knowledge) for your savings (7%) or fixed deposit (8 - 12%). Far better than keeping your money with commercial banks with very low interest rate.
However, they should improve in other investment opportunities on the platform. They keep advertising other investment opportunities with higher returns but those ones are always never available.

Been able to buy a violin and online udemy courses after saving up money with piggyvest. Got tempted to spend a few times but thankfully there's a way to lock your money in for a given time that prevented even me from touching it.

I prefer Piggyvest to traditional bank. God bless the COMPANY AND THE CEO.
