DON'T BUY!
The package was apparently shipped fairly quickly, and I can confirm it was sent from China. In Spain, the delivery was handled by a courier called Ecoscooting Delivery, which has an extremely poor service. There was no way to properly contact them to arrange delivery.
After three failed delivery attempts and two phone calls in which I was explicitly told the package would be left at a pickup point, I received an email saying that the package had been returned to the origin.
I contacted Pillow Home to explain the situation and request a solution, as it is the seller’s responsibility to ensure the product is delivered. They offered no solution at all: no reshipment, no refund, nothing. Instead, they replied with the following message:
“Hi, thank you for reaching out. Sorry friend, the order logistician reported that the package delivery failed due to multiple attempts to deliver as the recipient was not at the delivery address, and it has now been destroyed.”
I replied explaining my consumer rights and never heard back from them again nor my money.
Do not believe their “24/7 support” or their “90-day return” claims. Based on my experience, this company is unreliable and not trustworthy. I strongly recommend not buying from them.
