The delivery is signed for.
The delivery is signed for. I was not in and now have to call the post office and arrange to collect . It's very troublesome. The pharmacy I had before just delivered the wegovy into my postbox. I don't know when I will collect the wegovy and this is causing delays.

Thank you for sharing this — I’m really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I completely understand how frustrating it is to have to rearrange collection, especially when you were expecting a more straightforward delivery like you’ve had before.
For certain medications like Wegovy, we use a signed-for service to ensure the parcel is delivered safely and securely, but I appreciate that this doesn’t always feel the most convenient in practice.
If it would help going forward, we can look at adding delivery instructions such as a safe place or alternative preferences where possible, so it works better for you. You have the option of selecting this on your tracking link too. In the meantime, if you’re having trouble arranging collection or need support due to the delay, please let us know and we’ll do our best to assist.
