This review is for Mia for helping me curated my personal ear stack. I saw that their stacks on Instagram but wanted something that would suit my daith and conch piercings. Mia was so friendly and patient, without feeling like I was pushed to make a purchase. All her advise was super helpful and I’m left 100% satisfied with my purchase. I’ve never had this level of service from an online store before.

I honestly don’t understand why I only found out about this brand recently. I’m totally in love with all their pieces, i literally want everything. I adore the way the send out their jewellery, in tiny glass jars with my name engraved on the lid. Shipping was incredibly fast and I was notified for every step of the way. Love love love ❤️❤️❤️

It’s about time I wrote a review, after being a repeat customer for almost 3 years. I feel in love with pinch & folds jewellery from the very first sight on their social. They are constantly adding to their designs and I’ve been a proud supporter in every new release. What keeps me coming back is their consistency in both quality and service. I’ve are pinch & fold grow over the years but their level of service, especially with their packaging and aftercare, have only improved. I’ve never had problems with their products and wear them on a weekend rotation. Love the folks at pinch & fold, and keep up then awesome work you’re doing.

I’m so happy to have stumbled upon pinch and fold from their tiktok. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. A beautiful range of cartilage piercing that’s at super affordable prices. I almost thought it was too good to be true! When the products arrived in a sustainable glass jar and with a hand written note, that was the cherry on top. I’m addicted 🥰

GUYS I ordered from UK so took a little while to get but OH MY they ENGRAVED MY NAME IN A LITTLE GLASS POT and put the jewellery inside!!!!! I’m so happy the quality is gorgeous and they’re so cute!! Do not hesitate to buy especially abroad they are insane!!

I received amazing aftercare support from their online team regarding wrong item received. The issue was quickly fixed and I’m very pleased with both the friendliness of the person I dealt with and the solutions they provided. Mistakes happen and the way they approached the matter with honesty is what makes good, great. I would not hesitate in recommending pinch and fold.

Pinch and fold is my essential store for all my ring needs. I find it so hard to find rings online that’s to my taste, when if I do they are usually way overpriced. I love the minimalistic designs they carry which also has a touch of gemstones for a bit of interest. The price is super affordable and I’ve never had to worry about the quality of the rings. I still wear my collection of rings from as far back as 1 year ago on a weekly rotation, which I love adding new pieces to from every new collection released.

I ordered a few necklaces to take back with me to Switzerland. Mia from Pinch and fold immediately asked dispatch to pack my order knowing that I had ordered it specifically as gifts for my sisters whom i have not seen in a long time due to covid. She also offered to personalise the packaging for them to make it extra special! I was so blown away! Not only was it delivered promptly, i couldn’t be happier with the product and presentation! Will def be a returning!!

I saw my favourite youtuber do a in-depth review of some pieces from Pinch and Fold a while back and just knew I had to get some myself. I decided on the Arcadia ear cuff and some conch hoop piercings. It’s usually so hard to find delicate and detailed designs for conch piercings but pinch and fold has a tonne to choose from, which actually made it much harder 😂

When them items came, my jaws dropped. I couldn’t believe the amount of effort that went into packing just a few pieces of jewelry. They were nearly packed into a glass jaw sealed by a ribbon and my named etched onto to lid. That is just so extra and I love it!! I’ve been wearing my pieces for well over 2 months now and no probs what so ever. Thank you team!

Pinch & Fold is everything I’m looking for in a jewellery label. Hassle free shipping, reliable shipping, robust returns policy and friendly staff.

I’ve been a repeat customer for over 3 years now and they have never disappointed. The only issues I’ve ever had was tarnishing of some of my necklaces (I swam and showered with them). This is quickly resolved by them online support team. They offered to send me a new one even though it was obviously my fault. They also explained the aftercare info to me so I can prevent it from happening again 😇

That’s a few reasons why I don’t shop anywhere else online for jewellery. Love them to bits.

First of all I want to give a big thanks to Mia for her amazing help in choosing my bridal jewellery. Her patience and level of care displayed is something that all online stores should learn from! Even though I was super indecisive and picky, she gave phenomenal advice.

Secondly the products arrived so fast and with the cutest packaging I’ve ever received from an online store. The pink and holographic cardboard box was so beautiful I almost didn’t want to cut it open. The glass jars inside containing the items were honestly next level. To top it off, the hand written card was such a nice personal touch. You can tell this is from a small independent company that really cares about their customers.

Lastly the products themselves. The huggie earrings and matching studs are just as pictured, if not even cuter in person! I can tell it’s made with care and with high quality materials from the clasp and clicker of the huggie hoops. There’s no question I’ll definitely be buying more in the future.

I won't be bothering with this company again.
First of all, they are posing as a UK-based company, they actually ship from New Zealand. If you order over a certain amount you will have to pay an import/tax fee. This is not clearly stated on their website. They say you will have to pay if you're outside of the UK which makes no sense.
Secondly, the quality is so poor. I wish had paid a little more attention when ordering and I would have noticed that stainless steel is not worth £38. It looks like it will last 0.2 seconds.
Thirdly, Since it was shipped from New Zealand, that's where you have to return it too at your own expense. There's nothing to say they would actually give you a refund either, very non-committal on their website information. Goes from saying it's just store credit to credit, refund or exchange.
Basically, don't make the same mistakes I did and take the UK website as a green light to order from them. Read through the information carefully.

Really lovely website, beautiful jewellery and packaging is such a lovely touch, personalised jar with my name on and ribbon, the jewellery was wrapped in pretty tissue paper. Delivery was quick. Would defend use this website again.

I just received my earrings and I’m so obsessed with them. My entire experience with pinch and fold have been phenomenal! There’s certain factors I look for when shopping online. These include shipping, communication and of course if the quality of the product is true to the images/description. Pinch and fold ticked all these boxes and more! Their support staff is so friendly and helpful. Their packaging, with personalised handwritten card and glass container is so unique. Will definitely be buying more soon 💖

After seeing my best friends jewellery from pinch and fold I finally decided to splurge on some earrings and ear piercings. I’m am honestly beyond impressed, not only with the jewellery I ordered, but the entire process. I wasn’t expecting the level of care and the personalised packing that went into my order, as I’ve only see their jewellery from my friend. I love the cute glass jar that contained my pieces. Such a sustainable idea and a great way to store all my tiny jewellery pieces I have lying around. The communication was excellent and I was always kept up to date with my order. Any questions I had were promptly answered. I’m so glad I made my first purchases as there will be many more to come!!!

I was overall super happy with how my jewellery looked at first, the first month or so was good. However now they’ve all turned green and silver and are super difficult to keep clean. They’ve also irritated many of my piercings which I’ve had for years and were fully healed so I’m disappointed. This sucks as I purchased over 8 different studs and hoops and all have had the same issue :(

The labyrinth piercing I bought is just like it’s pictured, with beautiful opal and gemstones. The threaded screw is easy to open and I didn’t need any help putting it into my Tragus. What won me over completely was the packaging which is made up of a sustainable glass jar with my name imprinted into the steel lid. I just think this is so thoughtful and unique, really brightened up my day. It made a great piercing even more special.
There’s no doubt I will be repurchasing more from pinch and fold for gifts, and for myself.

I rarely write reviews but I feel like pinch and fold l, who went above and beyond, have really earned it.

It’s my first time shopping with this company and from the start the experience was phenomenal. Mia from their live chat gave me plenty of advice and was with me for the 30-40 mins while I was browsing their website. Some guidance was definitely helpful as the choices seemed almost endless. The checkout process was easy and shipping was free, which is also a bonus.

The necklaces I bought are beautiful and I have not taken them off. The stack Mia recommended sits at the perfect length. I’ve seen their packaging from their social media, but to receive my own glass container with my name on it is so much better in person!
