Incredible experience with pinch and fold and their service team, especially during the most hectic time of the year, the big Christmas rush.

I ordered gifts for my sister and girlfriend relatively last minute and was panicking when they didn’t arrive 2 days before Christmas. I emailed them on the eve not expecting any replies anytime soon. Amazingly Mia contacted me in less than 15 minutes and got in touch with DHL. They were able to track the parcel, which has been slightly delayed. Mia really helped to ease my mind and glad to say both my sister and gf love their necklaces.

Very proud to be supporting such a wonderful small business. During the COVID times I’m glad to see such businesses putting their 100% effort for their customers (even on Christmas Eve!)

Ive been on the hunt for some gold plain hoops. I found this brand really good as their solid gold huggies are comfy and also very well made. Ive paired this with my plain studs and pretty sure they have become my everyday earrings. Ive tried a few huggies and these are just the right size! Perfect fit and also i dont feel them when I sleep. Im now looking at their piercings as they have some amazing designs. They do come up with some cute combos and I cant wait to get some more piercings. The final touch is the imprinted name on the packaging! Just WOW!

I recently purchased one of their Carly cuffs and absolutely loved it! Contemplated getting a new conch piercing but decided to try one of these cuffs first before i go for the real commitment. Ive had so many compliments and being a makeup artist. Ive had so many people compliment my ear stack! Thank you Pinch and fold, have referred my customers to buy the cuffs too!

Bought a conch hoop as a Christmas present , looked lovely on the photo , and when it came . Daughter tried to put it in it’s bent so won’t close , just to let people know it came from New Zealand so took 10 days to arrive and the return policy is return within 20 days 😐, I emailed them twice on the address given it’s came up undeliverable, so used a different email under their info email . Wish I had never ordered from there tbh .

The quality of these products is absolutely appalling! We contacted them as we received a ring displayed in a small chutney jar with a ribbon and inside was the ring including the loose gems lying in the packet ! They sent out another ring which was intact , however as soon as my adult daughter tried on the ring the gems fell out in to the floor !
The products are unfit for purpose and quality is extremely substandard !!! The distribution is from New Zealand and I wouldn’t waste my time or money making any further purchases from Pinch & Fold .

Really great experience. The earrings I got were 10% off because it was my first order. I was emailed when my order was shipped out and it was sent to Australia within 10 days of shipping even with all the covid delays for deliveries at the moment. The earrings are great quality, dainty and beautiful. The package included a handwritten note and instructions for care. The earrings came in a beautifully packaged glass jar with my name stamped on the lid. Cannot recommend enough. Will be buying lots of Christmas presents from here.

My piercings arrived in Ireland relatively quick with free shipping too! It came beautifully packaged with cute touches and a hand written card. Love how the jewellery looks even better in real life than the images on their website. Just need to get more piercings done on my ear so I can buy more 😊

I recently purchased the Sunflower piercing and really love it! Its easy to pop into my helix and easy to remove! In saying that it is still very secure when it is in. I wore this for a while prior to this review on a daily basis both in and out of the shower. Stones have remained intact and it is also comfortable for sleeping in! LOVE it!

Not sure how I didn’t know about pinch and fold until now. I recently found them while looking for huggies hoops and they are my new fave! I love their huge selection of designs and their quality by far exceeds any online jewellery store that I have shopped. Also love the little details incorporated into my packaging they really shows how much they care about their customers. 100/10 for me!!

I ordered 2 items to Ireland, they never arrived. I had to contact them to find out what happened. They said they would investigate. I had to go back to them for an update another 13 days later. They said they'd come back to me. I then got a refund notice . No apology, no explanation. 0/10 for customer service. I was so disappointed I really wanted the jewellery I ordered. Terrible experience.

Exquisite collection of piercings! I don’t shop anywhere else now, pinch and folds quality is great for its price point, shipping is relatively quick and customer service is excellent. When I say they have a large collection, just their ear piercings alone are over 20+ pages.

Will definitely continue to support this brand in the future.

I struggled to find some earrings and necklace combo for my upcoming formal. I was very impressed with the ear sets they post on their instagram. I asked for some advice via their messages and got some styling advice! Super happy as everything was so elegant and really made my dress pop that little more! Whats better is that they chose pieces that I can wear after my formal which means its not a waste being a one off! Many thanks!

Love love love my Luna Anklet, an early birthday gift to myself. Super sparkly and just as pictured online. It arrived in a cute glass container and with a cute note from the owner. I have been wearing it 24/7 even in the shower which is a bit naughty. Has not changed colour and just as sparkly as the first day I got it.

Pinch & Fold do amazing earrings - they never tarnish and I have kept mine in for years with no problems. However, they are ONLY good for earrings. DO NOT buy necklaces or anklets from them. They tarnish and turn green in days, and my anklet chain literally snapped within minutes of wearing it because it was so flimsy. It's been over a month and they haven't sent me a refund or a replacement so BE WARNED!!!

These guys makes the best earrings Ive ever had! I purchased the Bolt sleepes ans I've had the sleepers in since I purchased them! It has been a couple months now and they are amazing! Havent changed colour, dont hurt my ears and are super pretty!! Will definitely purchase from Pinch & Fold again!

I don’t even know where to start, I have so I much praise…. Lets begin with the service. Shipping was extremely fast and efficient. My order came in a tiny glass jar with my name imprinted on the lid!!! Everything was just so personalised, down to the hand written card which is now pinned on my mood board.

The items themselves are adorable. I’m pedantic when it comes to details and pinch and fold doesn’t disappoint. Love how intricate each piece is and how the “p & f” logo is engraved into each piece.

The service was genuine and prompt. Mia was easy to communicate with, especially when I wanted changes to bar lengths for my cartilage piercing. She was so helpful and sweet 😍

I purchased the Mini Hypnosis hoops and really wanted them to be made in solid 14kt gold! I emailed them about it and they made my dream come true!! Now I have these pretties and they will be on permanently! I also requested some styling as I am so confused with how to style my ear! The process was so simple and I was so in LOVE with the curated stack! Just waiting for my pay check to add on to my collection!

I bought these cute moonstone studs with ball back + another pair and absolutely love them. The ball back was pretty easy to use and it hasn't come undone. They are great quality and comfortable to wear, I have no problem sleeping with them in. The size was just perfect for what I wanted! I asked Mia if I could purchase the ball back separately with their other studs and Mia was very accommodating to add these extras onto my new studs! I am now addicted to these earrings as i never need to take them off!

I love the Daisy Dangle Huggies in gold, they’re just as stunning in person. The Gold hasn't tarnished at all in the last two months of wearing them constantly. I can't recommend them enough! Ive had so many comments about this and have since purchased them for my sisters! Now we have matching ones!

Well I have to say! I am still impressed about my shopping experience with Pinch & fold! Above and beyond and super easy to buy! Super fast delivery but the main thing was the extra loves that was put into the arrival of my piercing! I love the extras more!! I will always treasure my own special personalised storage vessel! Will definitely be filling it up with more goodies from them!
