STILL CHASING REFUND
I ordered two dresses which unfortunately didn't fit properly. They were sent back using the Royal Mail tracking labels provided and were delivered back to Pink Clove on 17th August. I have STILL NOT received MY REFUND. I have sent a message via the website, emailed customer services , sent a message on instagram and Facebook. Not one single reply and STILL NO REFUND. I will be taking further action.

On July 31 I made an order and in principle this week I should receive it. It only appears to me in the follow-up that it was at the airport in England and no more data appears to me. Send an email for more information and I have not been answered. Thank you. I would appreciate knowing on what date the package will arrive.

Shocking customer service. No refund when return was received over 3 weeks ago
Customer service here is shocking. My mum bought from you. Nothing fit her properly so sent almost everything back. It was sent back with tracked delivery (for which we have the receipt) and was received over 3 weeks ago and we are STILL waiting on a refund of over £100. All messages on all platforms including email, online form and social media have been ignored. Absolutely disgusting service.

I ordered the leopard print dungarees, I am standard size 18 and therefore ordered an 18 however they were very tight and very short. so gutted as they were amazing, definitely order 1-2 sizes bigger than you normally are.

Lovely item, accurate to photo, fast delivery
I purchased a duster jacket from their website without being sure of what to expect. It arrived within days and looked exactly as displayed on the photos. It was good quality and very flattering, also worth mentioning that it was a unique look and have not seen this type of jacket anywhere else, which is why I decided to take a chance with a new brand.
I am really pleased with my item and the service. There was a free returns label included, which in this case was not needed but still a bonus for me with online clothes shopping.
I would definitely shop here again and recommend!

I stumbled upon pink clove completely by accident while browsing for new clothes online. All of the clothing items I ordered fit beautifully, the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the shoes I ordered are slightly too tight even though they were my size. Not to worry I can always return them or pass them on to family.
Amazing that they’re still offering next day delivery during the current situation. Thank you to everyone at pink clove who are still working

Sizing is awful
I have tried a few times buying things from Pink Clove and the sizing is awful. I've tried sizing up but they're still small to size. It's really disappointing as I love their edits with real plus size women with lumps and bumps rather than the models they use.
