If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my order over a month ago—just a simple plush rabbit. They claim it is a real jelly cat, which it is not, but I can look over that. What I cannot look over is the fact that I have emailed them 4 times about shipping updates—just an estimated arrival time for my order—and I have not gotten a single word back. At this point, I will be lucky to even receive my order. It has been 6 weeks. Whatever online says, do not trust it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

They are a scaM they do not reply to emails. They charge you and do not deliver merchandise do not buy from them.

If I can give them a -10 I would selling fake stanleys and when I got it the lid was broken no straw the box was all mess up I got in contact with them and told them but they don’t care they take a long time to answer and still haven’t got my refund for a fake broken cup don’t buy from this company they are the worse of the worst

I got my cup a little over 5 weeks after ordering. It's cute, but definitely not an actual Stanley. It's not worth the price. I got an email saying mine would be delayed due to popularity. Customer service sucks, when I reached out to them after 20 days, the email sent said it would be 7 to 12 days more. It finally showed up. I paid extra for expedited shipping and never saw compensation or even an apology. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, THEY ARE CROOKS.

Purchased the Spooky Tumbler Stanley cup. Besides being extremely late on delivery, it was thinly portraying a Stanley cup. It was not etched design, instead it was a cheesy wrap. Being such a thin material is does not hold ice or keep drinks cold.
I would highly recommend that YOU not waste your time or money on this product . It is advertised that it ships with few days, reasonable, but it ships from CHINA.
I bought for a gift for someone and the cup itself is too much of an embarrassment to give as a gift.
I own several Stanley cups. I am fully aware of how heavy they are. This is a sad knockoff. Big waste of money.

Ordered the Halloween Stanley, On September 23rd and it still hasn’t shown up. Tried to contact the company and all they said was it’s already shipped and should arrive in 7-10 business days. ITS been 3 weeks!!!!! Will not shop on this site again and would encourage others to avoid. Will be contacting my bank and disputing the charge!

So I ordered the spooky Stanley from Pink Pookie in early September. They sent me an email saying something about tariffs. Which I figured that meant for the supplies they were using not the actual Tumbler. I received a tracking number that said it was USPS.... WRONG..... the link I received takes you to an unknown shipping web site.
I ordered this tumbler in early September and it didn't event ship till the end of the month. They stated that it would come in 7-10 days well it's now been 13 days and counting.... The web site says they are out of Wyoming .. but if you order cloths from them the website says its in NYC ...

Oh and I paid through PayPal and because its more then 30days out I can't get my money back....

I guess I should have done more research. I hope that this will help someone alas from making the mistake that I made.

FAKE Stanley. I purchased the latest Halloween drop with the skulls and snakes and my S/O bought one from their website as a surprise not knowing I already got one. Over a month later...the fake showed up with a broken lid! Do not buy unless you want fake poorly done items!!

I wish I would’ve know the shipping would take a month to receive my item it was a birthday gift that I had for my sister. Shipping process should be better. Other than that customer services is good with communication.

The item has not shipped, and they have not cancelled the order despite me requesting them to do so a day after I ordered. They answered me once, but never again. Not only that, but the advertised image was not what they were going to send me as in an "update" on the product to anyone who purchased one, it didn't look the same.

Like many have stated, when I placed an order they ended up informing me that my order would be delayed. But, they didnt do so until I asked if tracking was available. I proceeded to ask for a refund and they told me there would be a 5% cancelation fee. Per there refund policy, no such fee exists. Ive contacted my bank and they need me to wait 10 days. Im documenting everything and just won't mess with them any further. Im going to go through my bank. Informing me of the 5% just felt like retaliation for requesting the refund, more so because it doesnt exist in there policy. Don't do business with them, with all the reviews and my experience, they showed they accept sales for items the do not have on hand. To me it says they've no inventory themselves, that they middle man and wait til purchases are made to buy them themselves from another vendor.

Total scam business. They take your money and do not fulfill the order. Beware

I bought the Owala Nightmare Before Christmas and it looks pretty nice, the only issue was the wait time but it was worth it. I emailed them bc I was kinda worry but they were very helpful and honest that it might take some time to arrive. I really love it.

I ordered a Winnie the Pooh tumbler from them and paid £40 for quicker shipping on the 3rd May 2025. I made the purchase and then on the 22nd July I remembered it and tried checking on the tracking. It was showing invalid number.

I contacted the team the same day and only got a response on the 25th July. They asked me to provide a tracking number and said they would look into it. They started off extremely helpful. I shared the order number only to be told it didn’t exist. I shared proof of payment and the email I received with confirmation and they then ignored me for a month despite my chasing emails.

When I finally got a response, they were very rude and said it’s not their problem and to contact the bank about getting a dispute and they continued to ignore me.

DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY!!!

I waited nearly 2 months to receive the cup and when I finally received it, it came in chipped. The cup is real cute according the my fiance but the wait time + it coming in damaged makes it not worth the wait or money being spent.

I placed an order for the Winnie the Pooh tumbler on 5/31/25, as of today 6/16 I have not received it.

I have reached out 3 times and received the same message back, “ We’re very sorry to inform you that your order was lost in transit. Please don’t worry—we’ve already informed our logistics team, and they will be resending your order free of cost.”

I am extremely frustrated!! Is this company running scams?!?! Buyer beware!!!

I never received the item that I bought and they were unwillingly to accommodate me in my situation and have neglected/ignored all my emails and replied with a bunch of excuses. I never got any compensation or refund back nor have I got a response as I have been following up with them weekly. Definitely am disputing those charges with my bank. I wouldn’t recommend buying from Pink Pookie, they handled things terribly and unprofessionally. It’s been about a month now and they still won’t reach out.

Product is soo cute and is exactly how it’s shown in its marketing and when my order had a slight issue in delivery(which was the post office’s fault) they responded quickly and nicely and were helpful.
