Worst customer services ever, I ordered a banner size 85x 200 which is the largest size they do on 11th of June 2026.
The delivery was within 7 days but the banner will not stand up, I emailed on the 4th of July to complain that i'd tried to use it twice but it kept falling over.
So far I have sent a video of the banner falling over made various phone calls all with different reasons for not refunding my money and numerous emails.
Appalling customer service with no one willing to take responsibility for the standard of banner.
Next step is the small claims court

Extremely efficient service. No fuss and a very important positive attitude.
Handled my requests and instructions like pros and delivered before the expected date.

I would have given this scam company zero stars but that is not an option
I ordered a banner for my market stall at 4.5m long and upon receiving it after almost a week for delivery even though I paid for next day delivery it was two pieces of material joined together very badly all creased and wrinkled and would have been embarrassing and unprofessional for me to use
When I tried to contact them I got no reply so I have a banner that is only fit for the bin and a scammer that has my money
After this experience and reading other reviews on here this is not an uncommon situation for this company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM. THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR DESIGN MISLEAD YOU TO A PURCHASE AND WONT PROVIDE WHAT YOU PAY FOR. QUALITY IS HORRIBLE. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
