VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

I am extremely disappointed with this travel agency’s service. It has been more than 14 days already, and my security deposit refund is still NOT reflected in my account. There has been no clear explanation, no update, and no sense of urgency from their side.

Their so-called “agents” are impossible to contact. Calls are ignored, messages are left unanswered, and following up is a nightmare. Once they have your money, they stop responding. This is not just poor service — it feels like deliberate neglect.

Keeping a client’s money without updates or resolution is unacceptable and raises serious red flags. If you don’t want to chase your own money or deal with endless stress, DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY. I deeply regret booking with them and will never recommend this agency to anyone. Youre causing so much inconvenience!

-Payment for Visa Application done 11Dec including requirements for my mom and sister’s family (4 people) and submitted 12Dec by the agent. Flight ticket is 23Dec.
-waited for from then on and doing frequent follow up till 19Dec.
-20Dec, agent said still on process as immigration is limiting approval for 30days visa application
-21Dec, i asked for application number so i can directly go and check with immigration next day, Monday. Agent could not give saying it needs to be requested from their visa department. But she promised to update me on the visa status next morning which didn’t happen.
-22Dec morning i went to their office to get the visa application number as immigration can only help me if i have that detail. I waited for more than 1hr as agent arrives only 1pm. I insisted only for the application number so i can fo back to immigration. I also wanter to know exact date the application was submitted. Iwas assured it was submitted same day. Another agent explained the immigration’s announcement limiting approval for 30days visa. That this is not in their control. When the agent arrived, i reiterated same request which i have mentioned since a day before.
My sister and I decided to check other travel agents and found there is no such announcement from immigration. I requested to withdraw and cancel the application so no duplication be done when new travel agent reapplies.
This is when i learned the shocking truth, that my application all the while was put on queue and there is nothing to follow up at all. Thats the reason there is no application number to give. And they just wanted me to wait for the visa to get active on the system.
They even proposed that i apply for 60days instead costing 850each so i get same day approval.
This is a big lesson for trusting this company with very important requirements.
I’m writing this as many others are also waiting like me as mentioned by the agent. The lie that this is not in their control. They could have been truthful as there are other options available other than rebooking tickets that costed me more than 800usd for 4 people. So beware. Yes agents are kind and respectful but it should be accompanied by truthfulness and honest dealings which they withheld from me.
