The representative that sent me the email about my situation was clear and concise as to where I could find the travel bag and it was there. I thought about a couple other companies because I work at a golf course and have seen every type of bag. Pins and Aces is one that I don’t see as much as the others but I would have to say that the people who have the other bags wasted $100-$200 on bags that don’t have the components your bags have.
