Excellent service
The order arrived well packaged and promptly. I also received a email prior to the delivery informing me that my delivery note may be problematic. I found this level of help to be above and beyond what I normally expect, I'll most definitely recommend this company.

I think 4.5 would be a better rating!
This was the 1st time I ordered beer and whilst I appreciate it does mention that the pump badges are 'subject to availability' I was slightly disappointed not to have received one.
It is a minor matter I know but part of the novelty of a home pump is the badges for me so has to be registered in my feedback.

Absolutely brilliant, beer in a box on hand pump...well cider actually
Fantastic product and great service. The beer engine itself is amazing, I'm using it with Lilly's bag in a box cider, it delivers perfect pints and draws every last drop from the box. Really happy with my purchase 10/10

Very good personal service for Scottish…
Very good personal service for Scottish customers. Hook Norton beers were delivered all the way to Scotland's north coast at no cost. This included a bar runner and a proper pump clip with the name of the beer.

Beautifully packaged and looks specticular
Beautifully packaged, no issues with shipping it arrived in perfect shape. The clamp doesn't quite accommodate my bartop, it did fit but without the friction pads. My bartop is a piece of virgin pine flooring from a factory, so it's unusually thick. It just needs routing! The Pint 365 does look spectacular on the bar though, and I now have to adapt it to a Corny keg. Soon I will be pouring my home brewed Theakston's Old Peculier like a real landlord. Very excited!

Beautiful product
It was very satisfying to buy the pint 365 beer pump system, I made the purchase from Brazil and it arrived at my house in just over 10 days, the product is very beautiful, I'm looking forward to testing it with my beer.
