Amazing service
Amazing service, the table i ordered is just what i needed. I did have a problem with the wood after a couple of days. Got hold of pipe dream furniture and without any problems a replacement was ready for delivery the following day.

Disappointing quality and service
I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the finish of the furniture. The bookshelves I ordered were delivered to the wrong address, just a block away from mine, and despite the advertised delivery delay already being far exceeded, the company could not arrange for redelivery in time.
As I did not want to leave the furniture on the street, I had to carry it myself. It arrived with a huge amount of protective wood and a heavy pallet, and the occupants of the wrong address asked me to remove everything from their front of house.
When I asked the company to collect the pallet from my correct address, they initially agreed, but then returned to the wrong address and claimed nothing could be found. I honestly thought this was a joke. They then refused to arrange collection to my address, insisting it could only be collected from where it had been delivered, even though that address was completely wrong. No discount or meaningful compensation was offered.
On top of that, I do not believe the quality of the furniture justified the price. It arrived dusty and marked with oily stains, and the design was far more basic than described. In the end, I was left with a piece of furniture that did not match the description, plus a large pile of wood and a heavy pallet to dispose of.
Very disappointed, and I would not recommend this company at all.

We fully appreciate how frustrating the delivery issues must have been. Unfortunately, the delivery was not completed as instructed by the courier, and we understand this caused significant inconvenience. We also appreciate that having to move the furniture yourself and deal with the packaging was far from ideal.
Regarding the furniture itself, we are sorry to read your comments. However, this is the first time we have been made aware of any concerns regarding the condition or quality of the item. Had these issues been brought to our attention at the time, we would have welcomed the opportunity to investigate and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
With regard to compensation, we did carefully consider your request. Unfortunately, the amount requested was significantly higher than we felt was appropriate under the circumstances, and as such we were unable to agree to it. This was explained during our correspondence, although we appreciate this was not the outcome you were hoping for.

Highly Recommend
I used these once for some nice wooden shelves I was putting up, and I've been back ever since.
I've used them for everything from shelves, metal cabinet worktops, and even TV mounting back plates to securely mount and look aesthetically pleasing.
Fantastic quality, good delivery, and well packaged. I've had one issue, and customer service solved it within 24 hours.
Wood highly recommend!

Let down by customer service
Decent product, although expensive for what it is, the problem here as others have mentioned is in customer service. After chasing the delivery of my order, which I had paid for 2-3 day delivery and 9 days had passed with no further info, I was told it would be with me in the next couple of days, no apology or explanation around the 2-3 day window. When I asked if I would be refunded the 2-3 day charge, I was told "we don't offer free postage". A simple exchange of information, where if a bit more care was taken with how it was delivered, I probably wouldn't be writing this now. For one, at £165 for some clothes rails, it's a bit of a cheek to charge delivery on top of that anyway, in my opinion. Maybe adjust the wording on your site for that delivery charge, because clearly this is causing an issue, and customer service really needs some work.

PLEASE READ THIS
Where do I start… purchased some walnut bannisters for a job - very expensive for what they were but was promised 2-3day delivery on the website so went with it. Called customer service after 3days and got the 1 woman they had dealing with customers that day (her words) and she was the most belligerent, difficult and rude agent I’ve ever dealt with! Spent the whole call trying to put the fault on me, saying I’d misunderstood before flat out hanging up on me - not answering again after trying to call back for the rest of the day. After another 4 days - call back again and after a suspiciously long wait to get through - met with an equally difficult and combative agent who still does not admit any fault or responsibility but instead re orders the same materials ensuring it will be with me within two days - three days later - materials miraculously appear - well, they are left out in the main road nowhere near my home with no notification - luckily a friend who works in a nearby shop spotted them and took them in.
Called to complain yet again - another battle with a clueless customer service member - still no fault on their part and a promise they’ll chase up and get back to me - never did.
Finally get my hands on my order - 11 days later - the woods a completely different colour than advertised - a different diameter by 8mm!! Only went with this company because the materials matched the customers existing bannisters. And to top it off - sent 4 end caps instead of 12, 8 connectors ?? Instead of 12 and lacking two brackets - thoughts pipe dreams might do the right thing after failing at every other turn - but oh no - when contacted about the missing fittings - another rude and unrelenting associate who insisted the company had done nothing wrong , that I was at fault and that the missing fittings were going to cost me an additional £60 - after spending nearly £800 on the original order.
I never, ever, go out of my way to review or complain about things online - but please, please, hear me when I say - this company is the worst - by far - that I have ever used/dealt with. Do not use them - expensive, poor quality, understaffed, belligerent and INFURIATING to interact with - can’t believe they’re still in business.

Absolutely amazing quality! I recently purchased a block of oak for the top of a bench in a boot room, plus a matching shelf. I am blown away by the quality and so was my joiner. I now have my go-to company for all my statement pieces of wood around the house. Very impressed indeed and would highly recommend!

Great experience on all levels
From start to finish the experience with Pipe Dream Furniture was fantastic. Unsafe structure
Beware of unsafe structures from this company. I purchased a pull-up bar for the garden which arrived in various pieces over various days, with no instructions. We managed to put it together, and tightened all the fittings as far as humanly possible. But within days the structure began to sway alarmingly from side to side when in use, and eventually collapsed bringing a huge metal bar down on top of my daughter’s head. I asked them initially for advice, which they said to tighten the bolts, which we did but this made no difference. They have refused to help us any further- I requested that they collect the product as it was extremely dangerous. Citizens advice advised me to report to the Office for Product Safety and Standards and trading standards, which I will do- but want to get the word out there publicly also that these products are a safety hazard!

The item purchased is a standalone pull-up bar that has been specifically designed and tested for its intended purpose. It is not designed or marketed for activities such as acrobatics, swinging, spinning, flipping, or other forms of gymnastic bar work. We do not advertise or recommend this type of use, as the product has not been tested under those conditions. The pull-up bar is engineered for controlled up-and-down movement only. From the information provided, it appears your child may have been using the product in a way that falls outside its intended use.
n addition, the order has been in your possession for several months. Your first contact regarding this matter was over two months ago, at which time we advised that the fittings should be checked and tightened, as they appeared to have become loose.
Following this advice, we did not receive any further communication to indicate that the issue remained unresolved. As a result, it was reasonable for us to believe that tightening the fittings had addressed the concern and that the product had continued to be used during this time.
We would also like to clarify that we have not refused to assist you. We have offered to replace the fittings that you believe may be faulty or loose in order to resolve the issue. However, based on the circumstances outlined above, we have not agreed to accept the return of a used product for a full refund.
Our aim is always to resolve concerns fairly and reasonably. If you would like to continue discussing a suitable resolution, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We will be happy to work with you to find the most appropriate outcome.

Ive seen some bad reviews on here so I wanted to share my experience in the hope it would help. I needed a 266cm long and 44cm wide piece of reclaimed wood for a bar top. No other company i could find would quote above 240cm long and were at least double the price.
The delivery email had a tracking link. I ordered late afternoon on 1st July for next day knowing it would be likely 3rd as it was late in the day and thats when it came.
No delivery time or date given but if you check the tracking you can work out its coming which day...not ideal for some but was fine for me as I work from home.
It was 2 pieces combined to get the depth which was explained in the description...you cannot notice it, its well made / joined and its stunning...really sets off my new bar area. Hope this helps...im really happy I took the plunge and ordered even tho I was nervous at first, im really pleased with the look and quality :-)

I had the worst experience with this…
I had the worst experience with this company due to repeated delivery delays and unfulfilled promises.
When I placed my order, I paid £5.95 for 2–3 working day delivery. After that timeframe passed and I still hadn’t received my order, I contacted customer service. I was told to allow an additional 1–2 days because my order had gone into production.
After waiting those extra days, nothing arrived, so I contacted them again. This time, I was told that if I paid an additional £6, my order would be delivered by Monday. Otherwise, I was told it would arrive at the beginning of the week.
As the week went on, I was again assured that my order would be delivered the following day. Once again, that promise was not kept.
The constant delays, changing delivery estimates, and false promises have been extremely frustrating. I paid for expedited delivery but never received the service I paid for.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this brand if you expect reliable delivery or accurate communication. Be prepared for delays and repeated promises that may not be fulfilled.

As we confirmed to you previously, this was an issue with the courier rather than the products or dispatch process. Once they have your money ....
Totally disregard the advertised delivery promises . 2-3 days has turned into 10 with no guarantee of delivery . Apparently the FedEx van has broken down ( only 1 van on the fleet ) To respond to your replay ... I had a delivery promised by mid week ( via email ) , and then by the Thursday and now ... hopefully Friday , but with no guarantee. Horrendous service. Just double checked your website , clearly says order powder coated railings Thursday get it Monday. 3 - 5 days not 5 - 10 If only I could post a screen shot to prove the point .

Before an order is placed for any powder-coated item, we clearly advise customers of the additional manufacturing timeframe involved. The information displayed at the point of purchase states:
"Powder coating your item takes approximately 5–10 working days. Once complete, we will deliver it to you based on your chosen delivery option."
As the products selected are made to the size specified and then undergo the powder coating process, additional production time is required before dispatch. For this reason, the estimated lead time is clearly communicated in advance so customers can make an informed purchasing decision.
We are sorry if this information was overlooked; however, it is openly displayed and available prior to completing the order. We always aim to be as transparent as possible regarding production and delivery times, particularly for bespoke and made to order items.

Brilliant bench and quick delivery
I ordered a rustic bench yesterday, choose the size, colour and legs and paid for next day delivery and it arrived this morning. I had a message yesterday regarding delivery and one this morning with a delivery time slot.
It looks brilliant, is really sturdy and once I’d attached the legs it’s really level too.
The bench doesn’t come with pre-drilled holes so I needed to drill pilot holes and then attach the legs but it’s well worth that small effort for the price, and you can position the legs where you want too.
It was much cheaper than others’ I’d seen online and I’d definitely recommend to others.

Misleading website description
Ordered a scaffold board type shelf which according to the website had a wax treatment. I chose this as the shelf would need some water resistant coating. The delivery came (without any confirmation that it was being delivered so luckily I was in to take delivery) and sadly I didn’t undo the shelf at this time. After it was fitted I realised that it didn’t have any kind of wax coating and was not fit for the intended purpose. I contacted the company and they said I could buy another shelf for a discount or buy an oiling kit and do it myself. Wish I had just purchased a scaffold board myself as it would have been far less expensive. Very disappointed

We respectfully disagree with a number of the points raised in your review.
Firstly, our product descriptions do not state that the shelf is waterproof, nor do we market it as suitable for prolonged exposure to water. The item purchased is a reclaimed scaffold board shelf, and as such it retains the natural characteristics of reclaimed timber. A wax finish should not be interpreted as a waterproof coating, and no representation has been made that the product is waterproof or water-resistant to any specific standard.
The nature of the product being purchased is clearly a reclaimed scaffold board, which is reflected in both the product description and appearance. If a fully sealed or specialist water-resistant surface was required, this would fall outside the scope of what is advertised.
Upon receiving your concerns, we reviewed the matter and offered a resolution that we believe was more than fair, particularly given that the product supplied was exactly what had been ordered. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered options to assist further, despite there being no fault with the item supplied. Unfortunately, these proposals were declined.
While we are sorry that the product did not meet your personal expectations, we do not accept that it was misdescribed or unfit for the purpose for which it was sold.
