PIRS lack of responsiveness.
PIRS was reasonably responsive to providing providing support, which would have warranted a 5-star rating. However, I give them a 4-star rating because, after "everything was completed", they continually asked for additional documentation in the12th hour before releasing funds. It took over 48 hours to receive funds after we were told "everything is done."

Great Experience
Truthfully, this is a scary process...growing. Oxy moron, I know. Lots of questions, concerns, worry...however Matt Wiemann was there for all of them and at ALL times of the day! Always answers! Great customer service skills and supported and communicated with me through the entire thing.. granted it wasn't very long because he WAS quick to get everything set up.
