Very good service and even nice touch having Jacques come over and introduce himself as had been dealing with him the whole way.

Right from initial contact with Pitchside the service could not have been better. Billy took care of every request with the highest level of professionalism to ensure our day was enjoyed thoroughly by all.

Experience was great.

From booking the event- all the way to leaving the venue, we were looked, treated with respect and had all our expectations met and exceeded!

The meal, the “VIP” perks and area of the venue specifically for our band were great. And I have to say considering how many of us there were, not once did we wait for more than 10 minutes for drinks to arrive at the table. Was exceptional service and worth every penny (that was claimed back😂)

Quite simply the best way to spend Christmas. Food was excellent, great entertainment and the staff were fabulous. Worth every penny.

First class experience from start to finish, cannot fault anything.

A good way to get good tickets at hard to get in to events. Darts was fun - lots of beer although food was a bit tight I thought.

The purchasing process and the whole event was perfect! Stuart did a great job!
