I have spent a S*%t ton of money on sunglasses.
I have caned these Pit Viper Execs and every stunt, and every jump, just buffs out of the lenses. I had a spill and damaged one ear piece, parts already on the way.
Life time warranty.... Noice!
Cant complain at all.

Fuçk pit viper spent 100 dollars on these shittÿ ass sunglasses and the next day the fall out of their container and are break.

Waited 2 months with express delivery. Received the wrong item. When I requested a refund or to receive the correct item I was offered $3. And a discount code which I never received disgusting business

Scammers, don’t buy from them. Ordered a pit viper from them in July. It’s now October and haven’t received anything. No track and trace, just nothing. Emailed them multiple times, zero response or undeliverable messages get returned. Absolutely disgusting and Unbelievable this is even possible in this day and age.

Horrible quality, frustrating warranty. They are a marketing business with a cheaply built asian product. Better bang for your buck going with the knock offs.

I paid for 2 day shipping and they pushed the delivery another 5 days and winter credit me the xtra shipping fees.

I made a purchase worth $235.98, more than 5(!) weeks ago but didn't receive anything so far. They stated that they are a couple of days behind but this is just ridiculous. I've mailed them a couple of times for an update regarding my order but they don't reply to any of my mails. 
Thought it was a cool brand with cool people... Boy was I wrong...

Ordered a set of sunglasses and priority shipping. Came to just under £100 and estimated 9 days due to delays for high order numbers. Fair enough. 3 weeks go by and nothing. Send an email, no reply 2 weeks later. Fraudulent, got my money back through my bank thankfully.

Do not buy from them! Worst experience ever! Ordered two months ago and haven't received anything. Tried contacting PIT Viper and they sent an automated email saying they were 5 or 6 days behind. Their shipping and customer service are horrible! At this point it feels like a scam. They should definitely be turned into the BBB.

If I can give them a 0 I would of. Terrible I was supposed to receive the glasses as a graduation gift for my son on July 1St. After calling multiple times they assured me I would get them they ended up just canceling the order. Terrible terrible terrible I highly do not recommend they actually suck

poor excuse of a company. They send the glasses whenever they feel like it and don’t return calls or answer calls. Do not do business with this flunky company.

I paid $250 for a pair or Cosmos 2000. It says my parcel was delivered. Looked out the front and with the neighbours with no sign of them.
Tracked them online and the parcel had been delivered to a whole other state which was 4 hours away. But yet all the info was correct for my address.

Asked Pit Viper to resolve the issue and they told me to chase up the issue with Route parcels. But when you go to resolve issue on the Route website it just gives you Pit Viper email and number.

So your going round and round in circles trying to sort it out while these scam artists take your cash.

Dont buy from these clowns. Save your cash and the headache.

Ur sunglasses are the best quality and comfort they are strong and cool but.............they take to long to SHIP so please make ur shipping faster it took me 5 weeks for my sunglasses to get to me and im in australia

One of the best sunglasses out there. Great quality and very comfy. I have 3 pairs now and use them for cycling. 1 downside is that the shipping is slow

I was very unhappy with the lack of service. The communicator always avoided my question as to where the product was coming from.And a couple of the remarks were very sarcastic. It took OVER a month to get here. I live in NC and SUPPOSEDLY the company is based in CA. When it finally arrived, the product is NOT good quality. It seems to me , they are made in China.

Great sunglasses, I need to get another pair. I bought the originals about a year ago and nothing’s wrong with them. Love them and would buy again

Scratches very easily and the lens and frame separated after 1 week of light use.

It’s been months and I haven’t got them yet this is the slowest delivery ever I don’t recommend this site
