Pivotal Legacy Planning Avaliações

We had an excellent experience using PLP service for our mirror wills. The whole process was straightforward, well explained, and completed efficiently.

A special thanks to Shane, who was outstanding throughout. He was honest, transparent, and took the time to explain all the options available to us fairly, without any pressure. What we appreciated most was that he also pointed out aspects we could have completed ourselves via the Government website, which demonstrated real integrity and a genuine desire to help us make the best decision for our circumstances.

Shane was also incredibly patient and accommodating when we needed to reschedule calls, always being flexible and understanding, which made the process even less stressful for me and my wife.

We would highly recommend Shane and the team to anyone looking for professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused estate planning advice. 😊

Shane has made the Will writing process very efficient, easy and he was very accommodating and professional. Thanks!

Paul is a very dedicated person who worked closely with us to write our will, whilst providing clear information about the service.

We have been familiarised with the will writing process in detail at the initial appointment. Whilst our flexibility for further appointments was limited, we have been accommodated every time. Additionally, we have been informed of any upcoming appointments with regular reminders.

Paul arranged appointments that worked around my commitments, he was knowledgable and helpful; answering any questions I had. He was friendly and spoke with genuine interest.
I’m pleased with the service I received and the decisions I’ve made to ensure my family are cared for when I’m no longer here, to ensure appropriate decisions are made by the people I choose in the best interest of my health and finances and that they will be supported and know my wishes at the right time. Thank you Paul, you made a very somber subject more bearable!

We had an excellent experience with Pivotal Legacy Planning. From our initial contact through to completing our wills, the whole process was professional and straightforward.

Shane very explained everything to us and answered our questions making sure we understood the arrangements before finalising them. We felt that our circumstances were listened to and that the advice was tailored to our needs, rather than simply being a one-size-fits-all service.

Communication was also excellent throughout, and the process was handled efficiently and with care.

We would happily recommend Pivotal Legacy Planning to anyone looking for a professional and reliable will-writing service.

Shane was both knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole process very easy and straightforward

Very helpful & ensured we understood everything.

Shane made a potentially intimidating and complex process easy to navigate. He and his colleagues offer a professional yet friendly and reassuring service. I would heartily recommend them to friends and relatives.

The service I received was very good. Shane is very professional and helpful. Shane guided me through the entire process. I would recommend Pivotal Legacy Planning, as their processes were straightforward.

Being completely new to the service, we initially found the whole process quite overwhelming. However, our advisor was calm, professional and reassuring, which immediately put us both at ease and made everything feel much more manageable. We would highly recommend the service, particularly because of the excellent support and professionalism we received.

We've been meaning to update our wills for decades and our son recommended Paul Hunt to assist us in the task. Ours needs proved relatively simple as no Will Trusts were required but Paul still took us through our options so that we were able to make informed decisions in this regard. Way cheaper than you'd pay a high street solicitor but still with the benefit of face to face meetings via Zoom. Highly recommended.

Made writing my will very easy and straight forward.

Fantastic service!! Highly recommended

Helped me all the way through

I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a friendly, efficient, and professional will writing service.

Thought it was about time to sort my will out and Andy Kerton was the guy I needed. He was very informative and helpful and answered all that I asked. I would thoroughly recommend him if you’re looking to do the same!

Shane was extremely helpful and guided me through what can be seen as quite as sensitive topic. I’m very happy to have gone through Pivotal for my will writing. I would highly recommend to anyone as the process was smooth and straightforward.
