re verifying agent kept me on the phone for an hour dealing with that. i don't care if you say its free with the plan, nothing is free and i don't trust that and consequently dont trust you. i was quoted at $319 per month and thats what i expect to pay. two payments to transamerica were taken from my account that do not add up to $319 and relate to the "no extra cost to you" life insurance plan i was held hostage to agree to.
my confirmation email said to expect an e-mail with a portal where i could log into and print insurance proof but no such e-mail was sent. and any temp portal e-mail sent from when i purchased the insurance has long since expired. i dont have a policy number or invoice for my health insurance, i dont have any thing that confirms i have it which is what im trying to figure out this evening , thank you much. The experience was brutally long and left me witrh a bad taste in my mouth because it felt like i was being scammed and i have yet to see any evidence to the contrary on that.

After spending a few hours accessing the website on my computer found out all of the tabs weren't showing. I switched to my phone where I saw everything and was able to make a selection.
