Great customer service and final product looked amazing.

I love my artwork but your customer service is horrible slow to respond and you don’t following through on ur tracking and shipping process. I had to dispute the charge and let my credit card company know that they either send item or refund me. And then finally after almost 6 weeks I got my item.

Been months and still haven’t received the product.

They bought my little girl back to life!!!

I ordered it more than a month ago and have reached out several times to the company and still have not recieved my picture. Im feeling like i was scammed am near the point of disputing credit card charges with my credit card company. Could not be more disapointed following the loss of our dog.

My cousin LOVED her picture of her sweet angel pup Duncan. He was he biggest love and he is missed. She was happy to have a fun memorial picture.

The art was done, I asked for corrections because it didn’t look right but the corrections were not what I asked for and it didn’t look very different. It’s ok, but nothing I will spend money on. I was very disappointed. It was a sad picture of my pet and not as what they described it would be.

The pictures we received are good but the issue is they were not hand drawn as per the description on the order. They were digitally generated on a computer then digitally printed. The website and order process is misleading and when I questioned this process before we received the pictures, this point was ignored. They also took a good while to be delivered which we naively put down to the fact they were hand drawn. Custom hand drawn doesn’t mean digitally generated on a computer.

PixArt portrayed both our dogs perfectly! This made for the perfect birthday gift for my dad!

Another great experience with PixArt. Got a canvas and digital print for a friend after their cat passed and it was very well received. Quality was perfect and delivery was right on time, highly recommend.
