The book was delivered on time, but was missing the last two pages

Hi Bill, thank you for the review. We have investigated the issue and confirmed that the book was printed correctly based on the PDF file we received, which was missing the pages in question. Even though the print was correct to the file, we offered a free reprint as a commercial gesture. As you were on a tight deadline, we’re glad we could provide a 15% discount for your future use instead. We look forward to providing a perfect result for your next order!
