The user interface was pretty straight…
The user interface was pretty straight forward. Creating the pdf in the right format was fairly difficult without specialized software.
The end product was excellent.

Assurdo e Imbarazzante
In data 7/7/2025 ordino un libro per la stampa,con premium price per consegna 3 giorni dopo.
fornisco i file e sulla piattaforma risulta essere tutto okay, non ricevendo il tracking qualche giorno dopo chiamo e scopro che c'è un problema su una pagina del libro, risolvo il problema e mi viene garantito e scritto via mail che il file ora è perfetto, e la lavorazione sarebbe stata seguita personalmente...
Il giorno 14 la lavorazione è ancora stata bloccata, per gli stessi problemi,ma il file è corretto..., ma nessun problema mi viene garantito che entro il 17 e non oltre il libro sarebbe consegnato e di non preoccuparmi perchè il servizio clienti controlla al 100% la questione...
Ieri data 15/7 ricevo una mail di nuovo con fantomatici errori e di ricaricare ancora un file (che però è corretto) e la consegna è al 21/7 forse... la persona che ha seguito la pratica oggi è casualmente fuori... ma un altra persona prende in carico e mi aggiorna...
Siamo all'imbarazzo più totale.

Pixartprinting really helped me out with a time-sensitive order; I had a memorial book of pictures for my stepdad that needed to be printed in time for his funeral, and when I let them know I HAD to have it by a certain day, they wrote me right back with condolences, and not only got it to me before the original date, but got it to me EARLY! I appreciate their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile.

Cela fait 12 ans que nous Imprimons des revues de 12 pages chez un concurrent, et nous n’avons jamais eu les problèmes rencontrés aujourd’hui chez Pixarprinting .
Il vous promettent, monts et merveilles , ils vous promettent une date de livraison, ( commande le 8/5 livraison prévue le 21/5)
ils vous promettent une aide en ligne et par téléphone ,
ils vous promettent d’accélérer votre commande quand celle-ci a pris du retard pour au total, avoir des programmes de manifestation qui arrive deux jours avant l’évènement, ce qui n’autorise aucune distribution en amont.
Surtout, n’essayez pas d’avoir un responsable. Ceux ci sont aux abonnés absents et ne prennent même pas la peine de rappeler les gens mécontents. Les prix sont plus chers que chez les concurrents. Le service est minable, aucun conseil, aucune directive et quand vous soumettez un dossier, il leur faut quatre jours pour vous répondre que fichier n’est pas correct.
Quant à leur demander un effort sur la livraison alors qu’aujourd’hui, en faisant une simulation, je peux les avoir livrés dans trois jours, ma commande reste bloquée et je ne serai livré que dans une semaine
Cette entreprise se moque littéralement de ses clients.
À FUIR !!!!!
