Scam company. Purchased a screen extender that never arrived. Teaching initially said delay with delivery then all tracking/order info just vanished. Unable to get any response from the company.

The company is a total fraud. I purchased a monitor from them through Facebook. It showed shipped and was making progress. Then it disappeared. Two months later, nothing.

This is a scam company! Never received my icemaker and tried to go to the website after purchase and I got an error message saying this was no longer a website!

Absolutely shocking been waiting months and tried getting in touch via email to no avail on response ..

Do not buy from this company!

They will send bogus delivery tracking updates and when your order doesn't arrive and you email them. They will block you as they have just done to me.

After chasing my order a few times they responded and even offered a refund. Now they do not respond and Gmail has just told me my email can't be delivered.

No product, no reply and no refund!

Do not use!

I purchased this item on 1 Jan 2026 after seeing an advert on Facebook. I checked the website and all seemed legit. It allowed me to pay via Shopify, and that made me feel reassured, and the company was showing as being in the UK. I received several email with order confirmation with tracking number and courier details. All seemed to go well until I realised that the item was never going to be received. Meanwhile, all their websites are shut down, the links don't work anymore, and their phone numbers are disconnected. My bank is aware of the fraud and I am getting my money back. Lucky for me I kept all screenshots and emails. AVOID

I have experienced the same thing as everyone else. I ordered this for my work expecting it to be here now I hear its a scam. Now how we going to get our money back. While these idiots make money from our purchases.

Terrible company. kept reassuring me every thing was on track right up to delivery assigned on the tracking. Then nothing cant access tracking or their online chat or customer service just get an error code disgraceful behaviour. I brought a screen extender for my grandchildren to help with studies this company has no bloody morals . Avoid at all costs

No response to emails, no ability to track order, and the shop app don't seem to have any interest in resolving the issue. Avoid like the plague

Do NOT Purchase from this site. Facebook should be held responsible for allowing these to be advertised and promoting these products, but hold no accountability. Your order will never arrive

Ordered in December. Tracked to my local courier then suddenly it's lost. Guaranteed a re-arranged delivery within 4 days. Tracked until yesterday when the courier website quit working. Now no response from pixvantis, and their website is down. Stupidly fell for a too good to be true price.

I ordered the screens in December with a despatch date of 28 December. I used tracking to see that it had despatched but now the tracking is unavailable . It’s now February and no delivery. Defo a scam , avoid.

I won’t be ordering anything off advertising on Facebook as they are as corrupt as the advertisers. It’s best to avoid any overseas purchases especially using American platforms as they have no interest in protecting users

Scam on tracking they continue giving excuses for delay until they say link expired avoid them @ all cost

Bought the advertised product and it never arrived, they provide false tracking information, and do not reply to emails. DO NOT Buy from these scammers they take your money and you receive nothing

Ordered a screen from these guys, for delivery to the UK. Ordered mid Dec and it's now end Jan and no sign. Tracking information is bizarre to say the least, and I suspect that this is a scam. Beware.
