Terrible platform wouldn’t recommend do not use them selling spaces that don’t exist

Another review. After the company contacted me apologising for not getting back in touch and blaming it on a glitch, they encouraged me to set up for a second time my parking space. I did this and got to the pending stage... That was over a week ago. I contacted the company to let them know and guess what? no response! I wish i had just cancelled my account as i cannot do it on the website. This is a dreadful service and my advice would be to avoid!

Thought it would be nice to rent out the drive. We went live a week ago and needed help in adding more pictures. We had a message that informed us to login. If it was that easy I would not of ask for further advice. Their customer service has been like sticking pins in your eye whilst jumping up and down on a trampoline riding a unicycle. Customer service has been appealing in general.

See Claire Thorpe below, my daughter has had exactly the same experience in Manchester. Place2Park cancelled at the last minute but will not refund nor respond to correspondence. We feel we are left with having to report this as a scam because what else is it if they sell you a product, then don't provide it, then don't refund, then don't respond to correspondence. We feel robbed. Hence needing to contact the police.

I've found Place2Park to be responsive and helpful, they have linked me up with multiple space renters now. A great service to rent out my space.

i booked a space in leeds city centre for £185.15 which i paid for one full month before the space date i needed it. I heard nothing at all so had to contact 1 week before asking how to access the space. i only found out the space was not available ONE DAY before the contract was due to start as there was no contact from space owner so money was refunded ONLY TO BE TAKEN BACK OUT AGAIN THE SAME DAY because the booking had not been cancelled that their end. I have had to cancel the booking myself incurring the 30 day penalty (even though it is not my fault) and they will take another 185 at the start of April because of this. No address, no phone and they take ages to respond to email messages (if at all). I now have had to involve my credit card company to try to get the money back and stop them taking even more from my account. Total nigtmare and extremely stressful. I am struggling cash wise as i have also pay for parking elsewhere as well as for this non existent space as well as wasting time chasing them up and having to deal with my credit card company through their fault. Poor show and poor customer service.

I couldn’t login to my account to see my booking details so I contacted them to assist me and they were very helpful in resolving the issue.
